I’m SO glad I found out about this little cozy restaurant! My family took me to celebrate my birthday. We chose it based on all the wonderful things we had heard. This is the place if you’re looking for an enjoyable steak dinner at a very good price! All the meat was juicy and had excellent flavor! The garlic bread is awesome and the caesar salad was better than any restaurant I’ve been to… period! Servers Francesca and Miriam are amazing. They really take care of you! I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, even though the space is on the smaller side. The food, though, is what truly stood out. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. The lobster was just as impressive, fresh and delicious with every bite.
My wife and I came here for date night, and it ended up being even better than we expected. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything came out quickly and beautifully plated. We’re already looking forward to coming back for our next night out.
If I had to point out one downside, it’s that the restaurant is a bit small, so it can feel a little tight. But honestly, the quality of the food and the overall experience more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

I have to say, this place really surprised me and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have been trying to find a good steakhouse where we would want to continue going to and had not found it until last night. The food was amazingly delicious! We had the BBQ chicken wings as an appetizer, the mixed grill, lobster tail, garlic mash potatoes, roasted potatoes, sautéed asparagus, and a Caesar salad. Can’t forget the basket of garlic bread we got when we sat down…yummmmmyy! Everything was the perfect amount, perfectly cooked to our liking, hot and fresh. The place is small and intimate, great for a date night. The music set the mood and the hostess and waitress were very helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to go back again! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a steak night.

This restaurant has been here for a year or two now and everything inside seems clean and new. Valentines day athmosphere was very nice, romantic and nicely decorated. Like someone said, it’s a nice place for a date. They have plenty of free parking in the back too.
Advice for the management: You have a great cook, amazing team and great little restaurant. For the prices you have, meat quality should really come from the farm, not from the hypermarkets or any chain sources, restaurant depo or similar.. even if you call it prime, trust me, it’s not. Get some better quality meat and use charcoal instead of gas and your customers will have a much bigger smile. And non processed meat on a natural charcoal will give much better smell and taste.

I’ve eaten at many steakhouses over the years and I have to say the filet mignon I had here tonight was the best steak I’ve ever had.! It was tender and cooked to perfection! My waiter Joe was so kind and attentive, and the place is adorable and very cozy! The food was delicious and I highly recommend this place! If I could have given it 10 stars I would have! This was our first time dining at The Holstein Grill in Ronkonkoma, and WOW — we were completely blown away. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
I ordered the skirt steak with black pepper sauce, mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus — hands down the best skirt steak I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. My boyfriend ordered the filet mignon, and it was just as impressive — rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
There was not a single thing to complain about. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-tier.
A special shoutout to our waitress Francesca — she was absolutely wonderful. So pleasant, attentive, and professional. We truly didn’t need to ask for a single thing; she anticipated everything before we even thought of it. That level of service is rare and very much appreciated.
We actually tried coming on Saturday but were told reservations were needed — and now I completely understand why. The place was packed, and it deserves every bit of the hype.
1000 % recommend. This will absolutely be a regular spot for us moving forward. If you haven’t been yet, make the reservation — you won’t regret it.

Wow!!!! 10 stars all around. What a hidden gem. We walked in and were greeted by Mimi who sat my fiancé and I. Throughout our whole time there she was so sweet. She cares for the restaurant like it is her own. I ordered my favorite drink, the Pornstar Martini, which they do not have at many restaurants and Rosie made it amazing. We are so happy that we found this spot so close to us. Great food, great drinks and great service. I can’t wait to go back

We went because of the Google reviews and we were presently surprised!! This is truly a hidden gem. This.is the best steak I’ve had in years, I went with the 20 Oz porter house. Ot was about 100$ less than Tellers and I thought the steak had significantly more.flavor. We will certainly be back!!
