Went here a couple times for breakfast because we were staying at the hotel.
Service needs some work. The big lady with the curly hair has a terrible attitude. I order 1 drink and a breakfast item and she is huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes like I ordered the entire menu. All of the other employees were much nicer!

This is the ONLY place in the entire building that has a team that works together and does a great job!!! Every time we want something different Tyler does it exactly how we ask. Tyler and Ronnie are always very friendly. Might need to pull some employees from your front desk, casino floor, and other restaurants to get a crash course on “real” customer service. Thanks a million Tyler and Ronnie you are not un-noticed in the eyes of customers!

Great local coffee shop owned and ran by HCSTL. The bakery items and drink selection are standard fare, but well done. The staff isn’t the fastest though, and they seem to be overwhelmed pretty often.

The special for breakfast was a prepared meal that they microwave on high. Makes potatoes and everything else soggy. They wouldn’t even give me a side of gravy because it was pre-made. $35 later for biscuits and gravy and a breakfast bowl. Both microwaved. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Quality food, Delicious coffee, and very convenient location! They are open when the other food facilities are closed and if you’re hungry or thirsty, this is important! ☕ Lots of variety, from breakfast meals to different sandwiches throughout the day. Absolutely best egg sandwich for breakfast Ever! Prices are above moderate, but commensurate with the venue. Five stars for the food and service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
