I’m not a big burger person, but i enjoy the burgers here- including the vegan burger. The patties have the just right amount of seasoning, nice toast on the buns, and its nice to actuqally taste the salad in a burger ;-p Big in size for me so usually get the kiddie version. If you have a big appetite, go full speed on the regular size. The BBQ chicken is good, both the bone-in and the boneless option is nice and tender and not dry. Sides; initially always ordered wedges but they dont always have so normal fries (most times they’re hot), the rice and mashed potatoes aren’t bad either. Bought the grilled fish for my dad got no complaints on taste. Quick tip; call ahead and order, sometimes the wait can be a bit long.

I always order the same thing ♀️. Whether it’s by phone or in person … Hollywood Burger combo, sometimes with an egg. Just wow! Additionally I always get a leg and thigh with fresh salad… The best combo meal. I can’t speak for the other items on the menu but I’m sure it’s just as tasty!

Food was well prepared and tasty, portion size was decent. The lamb was superb! Will have to conduct a continuous test….but go try yourself. Don’t waste your time on other BBQ joints!

The grilled chicken breast was a few overcooked chicken strips. The Mac and cheese wasn’t even a proper portion. Probably 4 forkfulls. The garlic mash was dry and didn’t even taste much garlic.
The customer service was excellent, the only saving grace for this establishment .

The burger was absolutely delicious . I would have given it 5 stars if the wait wasn’t so long. We waited 25 minutes… They told us 15 minutes. Also, I wish they enforced mask wearing among waiting patrons more strictly. That aside, I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Bought the Hollywood burger with caramelized onions and pineapple, as well as the crispy chicken burger – this was incredibly tasty.

Decent place for BBQ. Prices aren’t the cheapest but it’s reasonable with respect to what you’d expect to pay on the avenue. The environment was nice, the people were pleasant.

This is the only place I will eat from the avenue. Food portions are large and the prices are very affordable like any street food. The taste also, actually tastes like south food. The ambience is nice since it’s like a garden like outdoor seating and costumer service is great. U may need to wait to get your food but at least it’s fresh food you’re getting.

Visited Hollywood BBQ on ‘the boulevard’ for the first time. Diverse menu. Tried the grilled kingfish over salad with coleslaw. Very well seasoned, perfectly cooked and tasty. Can’t wait to try Soup Saturday’s.

Went for lunch, got in before it got too busy, and it did get busy! Always a good sign. Service was helpful and pleasant. Order took a while to be prepared but the order was relatively large (5 burgers, one order of pork chops). The menu needs updating as numerous items that sound really good are no longer offered.
The flavor of the food is good, but closer to good enough. The steak fries were good. Not limp and soggy, not overcooked. The bun could’ve used a bit of toasting but it was soft and held up well.
The beef burger is seasoned well, and is prominently favored with rosemary, but without biting into any leaves; that’s a good accomplishment to me.
Unfortunately, while the patty was cooked well and had a nice brown to the crust, it was a little on the dry side and the patty was considerably smaller than the bun. Any good patty maker knows you make the patty larger than the bun to account for the patty shrinking on the grill.
I’d patronize again, to try some other items on the menu such as the wings, as the flavors on offer sound good(let’s hope the items on the menu are still available).
