Really cute cafe with multiple options. The vegan/veggie options are limited but the cafe is more than happy to edit a non-vegetarian dish to turn it into a vegetarian dish.

Super cute place! Great ambiance. The owner is so nice and makes some amazing cocktails. We only tried a few things but they were all wonderful. I could have eaten 10 of the olive oil cakes. You cannot come here and not get an olive oil cake! Trust me!

Hollow is such a fabulous spot—cool, cozy, and with a small menu packed with excellently crafted dishes. We’re lucky to have a place with big-city quality right here in our small town.
I was visiting a friend, and let me get straight to the point: the food during happy hour was incredible. The potatoes, fried in duck fat with perfect seasoning, were out of this world. The pot de crème dish was another highlight—intense, flavorful, and simply delicious. We ended up making a full dinner out of several appetizers, and each bite was more amazing than the last.
The ambiance was so pleasant, and the atmosphere really captures the essence of a great gastro pub. Friendly locals, a diverse crowd, and welcoming servers made the experience even better. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!

The best mushroom sandwich I have ever had. Such a balance of flavorful mushrooms, the crunch of the lettuce, and the picante of the cheese and horseradish sauce and the sweetness of the toasted Kaiser roll. Also a lovely selection of West Kill Brewing beers on offer. The music and vibes were spot on, the staff so friendly. Arriving almost at closing time they had run out of a lot of items – they are stocking just right to avoid waste!
