Laid-back German market & cafe featuring a deli counter with imported meats & cheeses.

We went just to look around and ended up leaving with desserts
We tried several pastries and sweets — everything looked fresh and there was a good variety. Prices felt reasonable, nothing over the top, and the atmosphere was calm and easygoing.
We were able to take our time without feeling rushed, which made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, a nice spot for a simple, low-key outing.

A great spot for German flavors and specialty items. The shop is stocked with lots of German sundries and imported goods. They also have a solid selection of German beers.
We started with a pretzel, served warm with spicy mustard. Both were excellent. The pretzel was soft and fresh, the mustard had a nice bite.
My wife and I each ordered The Reubenstem: corned beef, melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and house-made Thousand Island dressing on marble rye. The flavors were spot-on and the sandwich was hot. The only issue was that the bread had softened from being wrapped up. A crisper exterior would have made it better.
Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re already nearby or shopping for German specialties.

This is a great place! I make a point to come here every time I go to the Sanford airport. I usually get the sliced salami and knockwurst links. Everything is absolutely delicious. It’s the best salami I’ve ever had. All of the varieties are good no matter which one you choose. I usually buy extra and freeze some because I don’t get up to Sanford often. They also have a restaurant down the street at another location and also an outfitter store at yet another location. It’s a whole experience! I highly recommend it whether you like German food or not, there’s plenty of delicious fare to choose from. Once you stop, you’ll be hooked like I am. Thanks Hollerbachs!

Hollerbach Market’s fall menu is unreal. The Speculoos Cookie Butter Coffee tastes like heaven and fall in a cup. And the price? Unbelievably phenomenal. Way better than anything you’ll get at a chain or even most local spots. The maple pecan cookies are soft, rich, and huge. Think Gideon’s without the wait and with that same thrill of discovering an underrated gem.
You could easily spend hours wandering the aisles. Curry ketchup, who? The Haribo gummy selection alone is unmatched and miles better than World Market.
Hollerbach isn’t just a market. It’s a whole vibe. Go once and you’ll get it.

There’s not a place in Central Florida that has a better selection of German products including dry goods but also cheeses, sausages, and other charcuterie. They have a huge selection of German beers both by the six-pack and individuals. But the thing you definitely don’t want to miss here is the opportunity to have a meal. Everything is prepared to order, the prices are incredibly reasonable, last time I ate there I had the Reubenstein, red cabbage, and a beer for less than $20. Everything about this place is authentic and I’m glad they are here. Big fan of this operation.

We visited Hollerbach’s German Market during their Oktoberfest celebration and had a fantastic time! The checkout line was long, but chatting with fellow festival-goers made it fly by. I picked up German chocolates, beers, and sausages to enjoy at home — every bite and sip was delicious. The festive atmosphere, friendly crowd, and authentic selection made it a memorable experience. Can’t wait to return!

They have a vegetarian menu. The vegan sausage is great. The regular food is very authentic. Always a fun friendly environment. Noisy inside. Reasonable prices. Make sure you check out their deli/ chocolate shop.

Great market with a large variety of German foods including pantry staples, candies, chocolate, gummis, spirits and a nice sized deli. The gummi display alone was very impressive. Homemade desserts, including a delicious apple strudel loaded with apples and raisins. Will definitely be back!

Stopped by on the way home yesterday, and it was easily one of the best parts of my trip.
Great deli and beer selection. Menu is fantastic, food was delicious, the entire staff is top notch and friendly, and prices were unreasonably affordable. The place itself has a great vibe. I will stop in every time I’m in Sanford, and I recommend you do as well.
