We visited on a Tuesday morning in mid-June 2025.

There was limited parking on pavement but there is large adjacent grass/gravel lot.

There was a constant stream of people and a line but it did move pretty quick.

The space inside is very small and tight so suggest picking what you want and sending any other folks back outside. There is some bar seating but that’s mainly it. There are some benches outside.

We ordered:
– Apple fritter, very good
– Raspberry twist, my favorite
– Blueberry lemon bar, very good
– Samoa donut, nuts on top and chocolate on bottom very cool
– Lemon glazed donut, typical/good
– Boston cream with sprinkles, typical/good
– Toffee sugar coffee, tasted like childhood/need more
– 2 large ice lattes not very sweet unless you ask for more.

Overall it was nice experience and the food was good. One of the staff members did look a bit annoyed it took us so long to make our decisions and order and we were taking up space in the store. We let multiple folks go ahead of us. If we were in the area, we’d come back again for sure.

My 1st z time here was this morning 6-9-24
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
When you Charge $15 for 6 Donuts and I Even asked the Girl as she was stacking them in like that if they were going to get stuck together and she said NO..
I Spent $30 for a Dozen of your Donuts to find these Chocolate ones completely Destroyed..
Frosted Donuts Especially at these prices should be Boxed Face Up in bigger boxes.
Please Message me as I Would like a Refund of $15 for the Destroyed Chocolate Donuts..
To anyone wanting Frosted Donuts ..
Do Not Allow them to box them up like this..

Great stop before the beach. Plenty of options for bakery items and drinks. The jelly donut was great and the sesame bagel very fresh and well done. Great attentive staff!

Go to Chocolate Cafe instead!!

First visit: I was excited to try Hole in One today and it was just okay. We waited around 20 minutes in line around 11:45 am. Asiago bagels with jalapeño cream cheese were great. My (decaf) iced coffee was good and a scoop of caramel cream made it extra tasty. The chocolate glazed donut we got was pretty gross. My husband compared it to biting an old cushion at a Cape Cod cottage.

Second visit: There was already a line at 8 am but it went quick. Donuts, coffee and service are subpar. This place is overhyped and pricey ($23 for an half dozen donuts and two coffees). Also, the prices aren’t posted online, in-restaurant, or on receipts (??). I wouldn’t revisit unless it was for a bagel only.

I’ve been coming here for decades and have always enjoyed the muffins and coffee. My last three visits have not been very good. The muffins and donuts have been very dry and not very good at all. Today I got a blueberry muffin with three blueberries in it. It had zero flavor. I expect more for $12 for one muffin 2 donuts and a med coffee.

Update! Seems they’ve gone back to their old ways producing fresh quality baked goods.

This spot is great! There’s a reason there is always a line here – people know how special this place is. The donuts and croissants were delicious and the coffee was also excellent. The staff was mostly young kids and they were all very friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’d recommend for breakfast and donuts if you’re in Eastham!

As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I can confidently say that Hole in One’s vanilla-infused cold brew is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had — anywhere. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, it’s the kind of drink that you think about long after your vacation ends. I find myself craving it from back home in New Jersey, counting down the days until my next trip to the Cape just to get my hands on another cup.

The pastries and donuts are equally unforgettable. Their donuts are honestly among the best I’ve had in my life. Whether you’re a classic glazed fan or want something more adventurous, you can’t go wrong here.

The shop itself has a warm, inviting vibe that matches the quality of what they serve. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a bite, it’s the perfect start to any Cape Cod morning.

If you’re anywhere near Eastham, Hole in One is a non-negotiable stop.

The donuts are fabulous and humongous, but the selection is already light by 10:30AM.

Maybe I went in with too high expectations, but really not anything that blows you away. There was a huge line at 9 am way out the door. They were out of glazed donuts at 9 am. Didn’t feel super “hand made,” comparable to what you would buy at dunkin donuts.

The food was awesome. Apple fritter French toast two-by-two, with 2 eggs and choice of breakfast meat (mine was sausage patties). The service was awesome – the waitress was waiting on us within 60 seconds of us sitting down, getting us coffee including my decaf. Good coffee. We didn’t have to wait long for breakfast, with my wife getting her cinnamon twirl French toast with bacon, which she also described as awesome. I almost forgot to mention that my fritter and my wife’s cinnamon twirl were made by the equally awesome bakery attached to the restaurant.
Great work by the entire establishment. Thank you.
