Tried this place after reading the reviews, I got butter, chicken, rice, naan and the Indian Summer margarita! Everything was really great, the chicken was seasoned very well I wish it was more, but the portion sizes were rather good. I had some to take home. The service was also awesome. Would come here again next time I’m in Jaco!

Delicious fragrant dinner. Calm spot off the main drag. Little pricy but worth it for a good meal. We had the butter chicken, black lentil daal, cumin rice, and garlic naan, all wonderful and not huge portions but filling. Excellent friendly service.

For starters, we appreciate Dhanveer for his friendly and welcoming service. We met him the night before and his energy definitely made us want to come today. One might contemplate Indian food in Costa Rica and be a bit skeptical, but as someone married to a native-born Indian I can say we both found the food here to be very good. We tried the lamb lababdar and Saag Paneer and were impressed. The naan was also more authentic than in many places in the US.

We were told this was a good Indian restaurant by our VRBO host here in Jaco. Of course I love Indian food and had to try but honestly I was Sus… STOP the BUS!! The food was Fire! Amazing!! Unbelievable!!! We ordered a Mango Lassie 4 out of 5, Chicken Seekh Kebab 5, Butter Chicken 10 out of 5, no seriously it was, Garlic Nann 5, Bullet Nann 5, which i have never had – it was a spicy nann and it was SPICEY!! All flavors were on point and portions were perfect. I am really impressed and would never had guessed a place so good was in Jaco CR.

Hola India is my favorite restaurant in Jaco, and it’s the place I always bring my groups, big or small, because they accommodate everyone with ease. Anup has even become a friend over time, and I trust him completely to make sure we always have the best experience. The service is thoughtful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently amazing. Even with new places opening in town, Hola India still stands out for its heart, quality, and the people behind it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here a number of times, it’s always perfect. Every dish is prepared and seasoned perfectly, and authentically. We always bring friends visiting from out of town, all very well travelled, and everyone always that this is the best Indian food they have ever had, anywhere. They deserve 10 stars, on a 5 star rating system. So good.
