1/24/26 , came back today to celebrate a friend’s birthday – again I was so pleased as well as the two guests I invited to try out my new favorite restaurant.
All was so delicious for everyone, this is definitely a great restaurant, that has quality service & food every visit.
Where to start,
I requested to sit in the bar area, because I am a party of one.
As soon as I was seated I was greeted by someone with chips and two types of salsa and water, within less than 2 minutes.
My server came over to take my drink order, I chose the drink special, which was a Pomegranate Margarita, it was so delicious and very beautifully made, for an instant I thought I was on the beaches of Las Cabo.
I decide to have the Arroz con Mariscos – Seafood paella served Peruvian style, Shrimp, Halibut, Mussels, and clams combined with steamed rice seasoned with Aji Amerillo and Peruvian Sofrito sauce. (I also had squid in the dish).
It was the best Seafood dish, I have had since I have been in the Redmond Bend area as well as the Margarita.
The chips & salsa are a nice start as your food is being prepared, I will be trying the Cinco Elemento Ceviche now that I know the seafood here is delicious.
The service is friendly and the ambiance, is very welcoming.
I will return.

I’m from California and I’ve never had white rice served to me before…so that was weird.
But the food was good.
The chimichurri on the flank steak was AMAZING!!!!

This was our first time eating at Hola! I was a bit skeptical because I hadn’t eaten much Peruvian food, but I decided to give it a try. What a great surprise, my Aji de Gallina was delicious! And I finished every bit of it, including the infused mash potatoes! The Tacos de Halibut and a regular combination of Chimichanga & Enchilada were wonderful too!
Our server, Fernando, provided fabulous service from start to finish Oops, I almost forgot my tasty Vanilla margarita, YUM! Hola! is now my favorite Mexican (& Peruvian) restaurant in Redmond, Oregon!

Amazing place! Delicious food and great service – thank you Jair! We had ceviche tradicional, lomo saltado, marcos pollo, pisco sour and Fresca margarita!!!! Everything was great! The Peruvian food was perfect! Take it from a Peruvian born and raised! Definitely coming back!

We decided to try this Mexican-Peruvian spot our last day in Redmond. It was just few miles from the hotel where we stayed. It was nothing but good vibes from the time we walked in till the time we left. We were seated immediately as the place was not busy but started to fill up after we arrived. The host was Tatiana, a lovely lady. She took our order and checked on us frequently. The restaurant was full of colors, arts and music and felt so inviting. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals. The food was amazing. Overall, this was a great experience. We hope to go back if we’re ever in the area. This spot is a must try!

Food is great! But the customer service is 110% the reason to go. It is our go to when we’re looking for a good burrito and margaritas (red cactus is the best!) But I wouldn’t say we’re there A LOT yet we feel like family every time we’re there. It’s like walking into your mom’s kitchen for Sunday dinner.

This place is so great. I’ve been here multiple times. The food never disappoints. We were sat super quick. The waiter Fernando was fantastic! Super attentive, patient to let us order when we were ready. Checked if we needed more to drink when they were low. Friendly, gave us suggestions when we asked. It is a little more on the higher side price wise. But, it’s good portions to take leftovers home It’s worth coming here for sure! I’ll be back!

Good food but an experience for us that was just strange. When it came time to pay the bill we put our CC on the table. When the server brought back the bill she had already added a tip of 20% and closed the ticket. I walked into and around and the restaurant to see if maybe they had a posted policy for a table of three for an automatic 20%. I didn’t find any such policy. I understand for like a party of 6 or more but for just three of us? It wasn’t a mistake either as we asked about it and the server said that is what she does when someone hands her a CC before seeing the bill. What?

Austin provided us with fantastic service.
We were a large group of about 12 people, and without notice, they were able to handle us.
Because of this, we expected slow delivery times on items, but we were hoping it would have came a little faster/more segmented chunks of delivery of waters, chips/salsa, and ordering drinks.
Otherwise, zero complaints all around on anything.
The lomo saltado was fantastic. Absolutely worth it.
Came from the Cascade Equinox Music Festival and will always come here afterwards.
