I ordered online from Hokuto Sushi & K-Kimbap and took advantage of their BOGO deal. I tried the gomae, appetizer sashimi, and jumbo dynamite roll, all of which were incredibly delicious! The Alaska roll, which came as the BOGO item, was a pleasant surprise—not only was it free, but it was served perfectly and tasted just as amazing as the rest. Fantastic value for the price, and the quality of food was top-notch. Highly recommended!

The food was AWESOME!!! We tried the jumbo dynamite roll, crab meat yu-bu, shrimp yu-bu, and the miso soup! They were all delicious and we will definitely be coming back! My favourite was the crab meat yu-bu which is a handheld pocket filled with rice, imitation crab, and topped with mayo. My husband’s favourite was the jumbo dynamite roll. The miso soup was EXTREMELY flavourful —shocking & fantastic because we were expecting the standard soup. Lots of tofu in it too!
The service was excellent and ordering was easy. You order when you walk in, then take a seat & they bring it to you. Tea & water are complementary, which was nice. I liked the tea.

Cute spot on the corner in a very neat looking building. We got take out and the very nice lady and man helped us out. We ordered 3 types of kimbap which were all really good and reminded me of kimbap I’ve had in South Korea. We also got a negitoro roll and a crab yubu. Everything was delicious. The rice was seasoned well. A wonderful place to grab food for a picnic!
My little one even got a treat as we were going. So sweet. Will definitely return when in Penticton!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I went with a couple of coworkers and we stopped there completely by chance. It’s run by a husband and wife and they are obviously very hard-working and talented. The awesome roll was exactly that… Awesome! The broth in the udon soup was amazing. I highly recommend!

This is the perfect stop for anyone missing Asian food while in the Okanagan.
Our favourite dish was the bibimbap. It had everything you’d want in one: a colourful variety of fresh and marinated veggies, flavourful meat, delicately sliced egg, and a delicious dressing. It’s an innovative twist on the classic gochujang sauce but with maybe sesame(?) + other secrets added to create the perfect blend of spicy and sweet. Even as someone who frequents Korean restaurants in the lower mainland, I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by this dish.
The yu-bu and kimbap were also tasty and generous in filling and portion size. We also really loved the complimentary tea – do not miss out on this!

Always a good experience. We tried the Crazy Boy (delicious) and the Awesome Roll. The name says it all!! The decor is a bit boring but the food is top notch.
