The food is amazing, and there’s always something new. Today, I believe it was a whole flounder!!!! It was buttery delicious – not my wife’s favorite, but I loved the flavor and presentation! If you’re going to go buffet – Go all the way! This place is worth the stop. The atmosphere is fine, just a little dark…… I’m old, I want a little light on the situation. The hosts are always friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere is great, other then it’s always crowded, which takes a minute sometimes to get a plate and squeeze around people (depends on time you go). They have a big selection of sushi, plenty of tables for dining there. A moderately good size buffet overall. We usually go there just for the sushi, but a few other dishes are good.

This is a VERY casual establishment. One person literally had on a hair bonnet and pj’s. The food was constantly replaced and fresh. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn’t loud. I won’t be back because I don’t like buffets. It’s too open for today’s times… too many chances for contamination.

I’m guessing it depends on the time you go, but I was really hoping the sushi was going to be top-notch. It was not the best. It was not kept cold enough for the raw sushi. Huge pieces as well, too much cream cheese, it took over the whole roll. Other food along the line was great. Very delicious fried Gyoza.. we could not stop eating it. Poor dessert choices, in my opinion. However, the orange cake and coconut cake were good. Overall, the food was good, I’d take my family here again. The cleanliness needs to improve, there’s no background music, it’s just loud with people talking and loud mouth chewers. The bathrooms were nice, very hot water while washing hands, be aware. 2 adults $36. Next time, I’ll try the Hibachi.

So I went to this place on Sunday for the very first time with a friend of mine after wanting to go for so long. The food itself was honestly good. There were plenty of options to choose from and I highly recommend the Sesame Chicken, that was probably the best Sesame Chicken I’ve ever had in my life. It had the perfect amount of flavor for me. The General Tso’s Chicken was pretty good as well. The sushi was better than quite a few other buffets in the St. Clair and Madison County areas and I really recommend the volcano roll. I had some pretty good hibachi, which was recommended by many of my friends who have visited this place, and the hibachi chef himself was very nice.

The thing that did sour my experience of this place though is a rather uncomfortable situation I ran into with a member of the staff at the end of my experience. My friend decided to leave earlier than I did and I was just going to sit around for a couple of minutes longer and finish my water while waiting on a ride to come pick me up. Before I continue, I would like to point out that my friend paid for the both of us and gave our wonderful server a rather generous tip, right before I went up to grab the hibachi plate. An older woman who worked there came up to me not even 30 seconds after my friend left and asked if I was done, I stated that yes I was done. Figuring they needed to clean the table, I tried to hurry to sip my water as fast as possible and I was getting rushed to stand up and then I was told to pay.

I had tried to tell her that my friend paid already but that fell on deaf ears as I was hurried up to the front to pay even after repeated times of telling her that it was already paid for before being left behind in line behind a couple. I looked back to see if the misunderstanding would be cleared up as the lady was standing by my table before she had it confirmed to her that, you guessed it, our buffet was paid. I was then waved away with no apology as I just got out of there as quickly as possible as it really drove my anxiety through the roof.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for that experience, I would 100% have come back to this establishment to give them more of my money, especially for that Sesame Chicken, but unfortunately I will not be returning. To future customers, the food is solid and you can’t go wrong with any of the poultry options. The hibachi is great, the sushi is good for buffet sushi although it was not as cold as I would have liked for it to be, and with the right person coming to your table, the service is good. I just can’t return to risk running into another humiliating situation like that anymore. Thank you all and have a great day.

Food was excellent! Hands down the best sushi, coconut shrimp, and crab rangoon. Well worth the money, which was very reasonable for all you got. We went on a Sunday evening and it was busy, so all the food was fresh. Atmosphere could be improved, if anything. Felt kind of like a food hall rather than a romantic night out. Overall, pleasant experience and highly recommend!

One of the best buffets in the metro east. Love the various food choices. The wait staff is terrific. Kudos to June as she was prompt and attentive. There’s something for everyone here.

The food was horrible compared to other buffets I’ve been to! Some items were cold while others were overcooked! Not enough American selection for people who don’t eat sushi. Not much desert selection either. We were up for a funeral from TN and will never go back! The servers were great though!

The buffet food was pretty bad. It’s gone downhill since the last time I went (6-7 years ago). Carpets were absolutely nasty. Booths torn to shreds. The only savior was the hibachi. Very fresh meats, seafood, and veggies and they were prepared to perfection.
