Absolutely delicious ramen broth, it’s rare to find broth that tastes just as good as it looks. You don’t have to go to Japan to experience genuine flavors when you eat here, don’t hesitate.

I considered giving this place 5 stars for the ramen combos alone.

Hubby and I stopped here to try their ramen. As we were in the neighborhood. We started with chicken karaage and then had our ramen. Everything was brought out to the table fairly quickly and looked delicious. The taste was good but i little lighter then other places when ordering. The interior of the place was very nice and I don’t remember music so if there was some it definitely wasn’t loud at all.

The most authentic ramen I’ve had in the DC area, especially with the recipe coming from Chef Yoshi (who has 20+ years cooking in Japan). Great atmosphere and service too.

The Miso ramen has a solid flavor and is perfectly salted. The Pork Belly is amazing though!! Order some to add to any of the ramen broths and it will enhance the food!

This place was a pleasant surprise! Their ramen was delicious! Rich and flavorful pork bone broth. Bento was not as good as the ramen though. Next time we will stick to ramen. However, the portions are quite small. Coming from LA, it’s a lot smaller than typical ramen size. I was in Japan last month and my ramen size in Japan was bigger than this restaurant. I suggest you pay dollar more and order large.

Awesome place to get Dinner, the combo was $20.25 for the Ramen, Seasoned Egg, and a Mini Shiyake. The food came out quickly after ordering and it was hot and fresh. The broth was very flavorful and savory, the Shiyake was great, and they have a small condiment tray with Soy Sauce, Chili Oil, and Chili Flake (I think). Overall, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka definitely exceeded our expectations and we’ve been going very frequently since discovering it!

Ramen is incredible, as someone who is half Japanese I can say the shoyu ramen here is like being back in Japan, the egg here is a must have
