Great food with excellent service. Great atmosphere. We were 6 seated at 2 smaller tables. It was tight as it seems they need bigger tables to accommodate groups as most were 6-plus groups while we were there on a Sunday. Great otherwise. Good was good. Most soup plates are $14-$16 each. A bit pricey for soup but large portion and lots of meat.

My hubby had the Spicey soup and it was delicious. Two others had the Hot Springs had large piece of tasty meat.

Ramen is fantastic. We had a few ramens and quite a few pictured apps.

Highly recommend the Ichiban chicken and Bao buns. Edamame is perfect. So are the tempura shrimp.

All 3 ramens were tremendous. Great flavor and a ridiculous amount of toppings/noodles/etc.

Downsides are atmosphere. This is a sit down. Eat and go. All biz type of place. No frills. But crazy quick with great service.

No booze. FYI

The ramen here is fantastic. I always have to take a portion home, so for the flavor and the amount you get, it’s worth it expect $13-$15 a bowl. Everything is very clean, the staff is always so sweet. I’d recommend here if you love authentic ramen.

Wow!! Best ramen I’ve had. I had the Tantanmen medium spice level. The pork was flavorful, the broth was out of this world, and the egg was incredible due to a sweetness mixed into the yoke. The accompanying of sweet and spicy chili paste on the side of the bowl allowed you to pair as many bites with as much paste as you like. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the fusion of spices and flavors were wonderful. This was a much desired void that I can now fill!

I was really impressed with Hokkaido Ramen House. The ramen is excellent for the price, and the portion size is huge. I ordered the Ichiban ramen and was honestly shocked by how large it was for such a reasonable cost.

I was a bit hesitant at first because it comes with teriyaki chicken, and many places make that too sweet and very American-style. But once we tried it, we were pleasantly surprised — the flavor was well balanced, authentic, and far better than expected, saying this as someone who grew up in Asia. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Hot Springs.

The ramen was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I’ve tried a lot of different marinated soy eggs, and the ones here are the best I’ve ever had, hands down. The portions are huge, the broth is flavorful and hearty, this place will not disappoint!!

Stopped by Hokkaido Ramen House for lunch with a friend and was blown away! I ordered the spicy ramen bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was packed full of flavor, and the pork was incredibly tender — perfect comfort food for a cool, rainy day. Great atmosphere, great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more!

This was my first visit to a Roman restaurant, and I was truly impressed with the exceptional quality of the food. The flavors were outstanding, and the portions were very generous. Their crab Rangoon, in particular, was absolutely delicious and made for a wonderful appetizer.

That said, as we continue moving toward a mostly cashless economy, I no longer carry cash with me. I was a bit caught off guard to find that the restaurant was having a “cash-only” day, and I almost missed out on the opportunity to try something new because of it. I believe it would be very helpful for customers if these cash-only days were clearly communicated in advance, so we can plan ahead and fully enjoy the experience.

Overall, it was a memorable visit, and I look forward to returning again.

This was our first time going here and it was fabulous. The food is really amazing, especially the pork buns. These are a must have appetizer if you like bao buns.

Had the spicy ramen, tonkotsu shoyu ramen, and clemson ramen. The quality and portions were fair for the price and the vegetables/toppings were fresh. We asked for the vegetables on the side for one of the bowls, and this was easily accommodated. We got the spiciest level for the spicy ramen, but it wasn’t very spicy. We eat a ton of spicy food, so that’s probably just our tastebuds. Service was great and not overbearing. Went around 4:00 pm on a Tuesday and there was only one other group in there.
