I recently tried ramen for the very first time at this place, and it was definitely an interesting experience. They serve vegan ramen, which already sets it apart from the more traditional versions I’ve heard about. The presentation was appealing, and the portion size was decent for a single meal. The broth was creamy and filled with vegetables along with the noodles, making it feel hearty and comforting. However, I found it a bit unusual that it included tomato, which gave the flavor a different twist than what I was expecting.

While the dish was fresh and the ingredients seemed good quality, I felt it was missing a key element: spice. The broth itself was mild and a little too plain for my liking. A drizzle of chili oil or some other spicy kick could have elevated the overall taste and made it more satisfying. As it was, the ramen felt okay and definitely edible, but not something I would call memorable.

Overall, I appreciate that they offer a vegan option for ramen, and it’s worth a try if you prefer mild flavors. For me personally, though, it didn’t fully hit the spot.

From out of state. Chose this place because it was more budget friendly for us and I was really craving ramen/soup after skiing and being out in the cold. I’ve read both good and bad reviews. Taste was great. Place was clean and cozy. And service was quick. Hit the spot! Would go again and highly recommend. My only critique is I like a runnier egg, but regardless I’m very happy with a full stomach 🙂

I love ramen. I eat it every chance I get. The Hakaido in Bozeman is by far the worst. Service is fine but the soup is so bland. Spicey water. Just leaving this so you guys can step up your game. Oh and I bit into a rotten egg

We stopped here for a quick lunch while visiting Bozeman and highly recommend. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The portion was great. We be loved this place. We try noodles pretty much everywhere we go and this was outstanding. I tried the spicy ramen. My son tried the chicken ramen, and my husband the pork. We were impressed by all. Do yourself a favor and try some.

I can only review about what I’ve received through DoorDash. However, the food has always been top notch. Great portions, great prices. Greatly recommended.

Yum! Great menu selections! Broth was good but not outstanding. Crab rangoon was a bit over fried. Bonus not to be charged for half-ice in our boba teas.

My family had a good meal here before flying out of Bozeman. The dumplings everyone thought were excellent, bang bang shrimp was pretty good and mixed reviews on the ramen. Chicken was average not too flavorful but good, my husband enjoyed the spicy ramen and my son liked his spicy miso. They served us very quickly which was a plus as we were hungry. Check it out if you live in the area.

Hot delicious authentic ramen in a very chique interior. Staff is always incredibly polite. Never a bad choice. Their prices have increased but you won’t hear me complain. This is quality food worth every penny.

Slirp, slirp!! Oohhh M G, that was tasty!! First time there today. I got a Ramen noodle bowl yo go. Not only was it very well packaged, but I enjoyed opening each container, taking in all the fragrances, from the packed dry contents, chili, and broth. Then it just kept continuing to get better. Once I mixed everything up, I was excited about each spoonful! A definitely must go back for more!

Very open place 🙂 I got the spice ramen level 3, I eat alot of spicy food, and how I would describe the spice level for this dish is a smoldering powdery heat, like your sitting inside a hot sauna. I kind of expected a lot more meat rather than 2 thinly sliced pieces of meat that was kinda frozen, (had a bit of frozen texture to it) regardless I did enjoy it. I wish I got a lot more from the price point. The broth, it was thick and rich, had a nice ancient feel to it, and how I would picture my experience with the dish and how it felt, would be like eating in a rural part of Japan with a nice mist and slightly rainy atmosphere, maybe that’s where the recipe came from I recommend this to the mild heat lovers that is looking for something comforting and homey 🙂
