A lot of options, overall, food tasted alright. Mine was a little on the salty side. My friend ordered fried ramen… was expecting it to be crispy but it appeared more like stir-fry instead. I ordered a rainbow roll and it was okay.
I didn’t catch our waitress’ name, she’s the one with shoulder-length hair. She kinda ruined our experience. All of us remember her getting my brother’s order first (he ordered fried ramen with beef). and as food came out, we didn’t see his, I asked her if his food was on the way. She came back reading out whole order and said she didn’t hear my brother order his and forgot to put it down.
I think this is where miscommunication might have happened, he was frustrated and said he didn’t want his order anymore after she offered to put one in for him. But I felt bad he didn’t eat anything so I told her, we will get it, we want the order. So I thought she would have it made. we all thought so but nothing came again and when she checked on us and asked my brother again if he was sure he didn’t want anything, we found out it wasn’t made.
At that point we just want to pay for the meal and leave but she was gone for what felt like 10-20 mins. saw a glimpse of her packing orders in the far wall and only helping people on the taller side. My brother had to flag her down. When she brought back our cards after payment, she was going to give us someone else’s credit cards and had them mixed up.
Part of me wants to say maybe she’s new or still learning, might even been understaffed that evening. I understand that but a few too many mistakes/maybe miscommunication happened. Not sure if i want to come back anytime soon or at all again.
