We skipped the ramen, but everything else was a hit. The tempura and soup dumplings were spot on, and the California roll and steamed buns didn’t disappoint.
The real highlights, though, were the Japanese fried chicken and the pork belly on rice—total comfort food. We even tried the tempura cheesecake for dessert, which was surprisingly good. The server was great, and honestly, I have zero complaints. I think I found my new regular spot.

Everything was amazing! We litterally did not have a good ramen house in Evansville……..until now!!
First off, we came here on a Friday evening around 7:30. Place wasn’t dead but not super busy. Before i knew it, we had our appetizers in front of us. Oh did I mention they have Mellow Yellow? Well that’s an extra Star for me. Anywhere, we ordered the sesame balls, and the pork buns. Both were fantastic and flavorful. Make sure you dip your sesame balls in soy sauce to cut the sweetness in half,
Fir the main course we all ordered ramen bowls. My wife got the garlic tonkatsu bowl. My son had the miso ramen. Daughter got the rich chicken miso ramen (i think). And for me I got the Spicy beef ramen. (Medium spice level) Yes you choose
I tried each and every one of my familes ramen bowls because well, im apparently hungrier than them and they wernt as hungry, and everything tasted delicious. Each bowl was full of their own unique flavor.
The wait staff was on par and attentive. Drinks always full, and always walking by when you need a fork for your stubborn kids that say “I dont need a fork, I can use chopsticks” Twice! Parenting is fun some times .
The atmosphere was excellent. Not dark like other ramen places. The lights were glowing and wide open space. It was nice and cozy on a cold December night.
We will be back! Perfect place for a cold ridged winter night. Have a bowl, warm your belly up, and take the family with you.

Amazing food and customer service. I just had my best ever dining experience in Evansville. Food was absolutely fresh and very tasty. I can’t think of a more welcoming staff in the entire Midwest (most of my reviews are from Chicago restaurants). Can’t wait to come again, tomorrow!

Tried this place for the first time and was really impressed. I got a deep fried roll and it was really good. Also ordered the crab rangoon and it was so so so delicious. It was real crab rangoon and not just cream cheese wantons. The other appetizer we ordered was the chicken karaage. This was the only part of the meal I wasn’t pleased with. It didn’t look anything like chicken karaage is suppose to look and it tasted fishy. Probably do to being fried in the oil that their fish maybe fried in? I would say skip that dish and order something else off the apps if you’re looking at that. My date got the spicy beef ramen and when I say I wanted to drink the entire bowl I mean it. The broth was deep in flavor and the spice level was perfect. (He got medium spice for reference) Not too spicy but enough you can feel it and taste it. He loved the ramen. He also ordered the spicy pork soup dumplings and said they are the best dumplings he’s had anywhere. The flavor was so good and the spice was just right, similar to the ramen spice. Our server was fantastic and brought out each dish as they were done so everything was really hot which was great. I highly recommend going here if you’re considering it. The price point is also very reasonable. We paid 52 for everything I mentioned. Considering I can go out around other places and end up paying 52 for just myself alone, I’d say is a fair price point. Even more so because of how good everything is and the service being so good. 10/10

Service and atmosphere were great! The young lady who waited on us was friendly, prompt and informative. Overall, the food was good. Tasted fresh and well presented. Pricing is reasonable for the portions.

Haven’t had the pleasure of stopping in and eating in-person but, I did order delivery earlier tonight; I decided to order of the Chicken Teriyaki Don and a Grape Japanese soda.
Quite different but tasted very good!
I will Definitely be stopping by soon or, ordering for delivery again, soon!

Fried ramen was awesome! First time to have it and it was great. Regular ramen was fine and wantons were good. We’ll be back for fries ramon and try something new. The server was friendly and accommodating.
