My first experience here was takeout, but the new place is amazing!

The menu has some very interesting things I definitely need to try. I was drawn by the picture of fluffy sticky buns, which I’ve not found good ones since the last time I was in Hong Kong. They weren’t what I expected, but definitely delicious! The dough was more dense, and I’d like to try some others to see if it’s a dish variation.

The other “softball” order was a California roll, for a quick to-go lunch. While it’s a very simple sushi roll, the preparation and presentation were fantastic for a to-go order! You can tell the difference when someone “places” your order in a bag, and when they just “toss” it in instead. It’s the little things.

Speaking of little things, their front desk “helper” was very helpful and made the whole transaction a little more pleasant. Rather than the typical food pickup where you just give them your name and pay and go, we had a very short and polite conversation. I was given a token for their opening, and I hope that this honest review is appreciated in kind!

Love above All,
Jason

Came in for lunch on a weekend, seated and served immediately. For appetizers, the Crab Rangoon’s were lightly fried with the cream cheese interior still cold. Not sure if this was purposeful or not, I still liked it but I think I prefer a hot stuffing to them. We also had the Shanghai Pork Dumplings, we liked these and it was our first time trying dumplings like these. They were savory and a very little sweet, almost reminiscent of a breakfast really good pork maple sauce with a soft doughy exterior.
I had the spicy beef ramen which came with a large half bone of beef rib and some pieces of pork for the protein. I would say the ramen itself was pretty minimally spicy, but they do offer chili power and chili oil on the table to bring up the heat. I added a spoonful of the chili pepper and this brought up the heat to a level where it was more noticeable but not something that I would still classify as very spicy so it seems forgiving.
My wife had the garlic tonkotsu ramen and thoroughly enjoyed it, she added about half a spoon of the chili powder to her dish and not being a fan of a lot of spice was sufficient for her. Both had great portion sizes and solid flavors and came out fairly quickly. Overall happy with the visit and the food, in the 4.2-4.4 star range imo

My first experience here and hopefully not my last. Today was rainy and cold so decided a hot bowl of ramen was needed. Found this place on Google Maps and drove over.

Restaurant is a lot bigger than it seems from the outside. Was sat right away. The ramen options are more diverse than I’m used to. I asked for a recommendation and ended up ordering the beef ramen.

Broth was very tasty and the big bone in the middle looked a little out of place. The whole experience was very good. Next time I’ll get the boiled egg as this dish did not come with one.

Delicious crab Rangoon and pork Boa for apps. Sushi was great and we loved the ramen. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out quickly, meal was perfectly paced, and was very hot. We will definitely be back and will spread the word!

Been looking for a good ramen shop and so glad I stumbled across this spot! It’s as close to authentic ramen you get in Japan and now my go-to spot. Friendly staff and great recommendations. Can’t wait to do it again!

Cute space. Our server did her job. The food was just okay. I’ve had better sushi elsewhere. The beef appetizer was good. My husband said his ramen was okay but not great. We tried the place. Nothing more, nothing less!

Sooo Yummy! I came in on a cold rainy evening and their Spicy Tantanmen warmed me right up. The Broth! Amazing. My hostess even took my order because I was in a rush. This is the real deal. She says they slow cook their soups for 8 hours. Sigh. It was a delight to eat. Rich, warm and layered. Yum.

This place was great. Had the Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen and the Spicy Beef Ramen – both were excellent. Broth was super flavorful and all the add ins were great. The sushi roll was good, wish they had more raw fish options for rolls but we were happy with our meal and prices were very fair.
