We celebrated our daughter’s 13th birthday as a family, all seven of us. Going to a hibachi with five kids ranging in age from 2 – 13 could have gone very differently. First, they did excellent with reasonable precautions for COVID, masks, social distancing placement, appeared to be sanitizing well, etc. They didn’t take the social distancing precautions to the extreme, as we have experienced by other establishments that have attempted to make our family sit at two different tables across the restaurant, because of an arbitrary the “6” person limit per table. The presentation was a blast, the food was good, and the service was excellent. The kid’s meals are reasonably priced, the adult meals are a little pricey – but you pay for the experience. They blessed our daughter we a great birthday surprise of fried bananas and ice-cream without us requesting it. They provided each child with kid friendly chopsticks without us requesting. Hokkaido Hibachi & Sushi is a great place for something different without compromising quality. As you can see our family had a blast.
