The fries, plain were the best. The Hillbilly Fries were ok, especially with all that pork. Maybe a little less pork next time. I thought there was going to be some sort of sauce on top, like more BBQ or aioli and maybe some cheese too. Same goes for the loaded fries. I was expecting green onions and some type of sauce. I did put ranch on top, but it wasn’t enough. The chicken fingers were way over done. We actually got sick from them. As for the Philly and sausage, I was expecting a little more. They call it a sandwich, but it doesn’t present like a sandwich. I would have like possibly mushrooms and a bigger bun, some type of aioli or special sauce to make it taste less dry. The meat for the Philly was ok, not overly overcooked slightly. Other then that, I probably will not eat there again.

Probably the worst barbecue I’ve ever been served. Whoever cut those ribs apart and knowingly served them should be ashamed. They were dry and looked like they had been in the warming tray since last week.

Was ok. Food was Not great, not terrible. Service was good. Ribs didn’t really have much meat on them, like they cut them down just above the bone for something else? Husband and son liked their pulled pork sandwiches. Sides were ok. Kinda bland.

Chicken over cooked, burger hand formed bacon crisp cooked to perfection. Fries crisp on the outside moist on the inside, great. People working there were friendly and helpful. Overall sandwiches and meats are what I recommend. Ther meats are well worth the trip.

Meat in the store is excellent, got the cooked ribs 3 times now, Good but too dry! Get rid of the cleaning lady that was running the place Tues. She doesn’t have a clue! Macaroni salad I tossed out, Baked beans are very good but tried to charge over $ 6 and 1/2 dollars for a pound of them. Not!

I’ve always wanted to go here! back when herwigs was open, they got their meat from here and now I see why. Went here with my fiance and got the brisket Sammy and the pulled pork wrap. It was the best. The people here are friendly and welcoming. Probably going to have them cater for our wedding. We also picked up some hammocks, smoked Gouda, and snack sticks for dinner/snacks later this week. Ill be back soon to get bacon and pork chops!

We really enjoyed our food. We got the lunch special which was a good sized portion, although their website said it was $7 and it actually was $8… Not a huge deal, but I have being mislead. I enjoyed my beef brisket and their waffle fries were amazing. HOWEVER, we waited a long time to get our food and there were only 3 other people there… I’d hate to see how long it’d take if it got really busy
