Their social media videos are GOLD! I have never been here but can feel the aura of Hoggsbreath all the way over on the west coast. Tales of their epic food, a reasonably priced menu, 86’d free range ranch that gets recycled directly onto the locals, and festivities reach us here. Without a doubt this place has the most legendary food, service, and atmosphere America has to offer. If you’re reading this you are destined to go experience the legend itself.

Always great service. This restaurant/bar has a little bit of everything. Pool tables downstairs along with an air hockey table darts a few other games. Hoggs has a deck for smokers (it’s heated in the winter!). For those nice days, there is a deck where you can eat/drink (no smoking). Pull tabs and electronic gambling games. Also, depending on the night, there is bingo or karaoke. The food is always delicious. Hoggsbreath is a friendly place. It’s changed a lot since not being a nightclub. Hoggs has some of the best servers and bartenders!!! I highly recommend checking this place out. If you’ve been there before or it’s your first time.

We arrived for dinner, and the place wasn’t as packed as it was an hour after. Server came by after about 30 minutes or so to refill my cup of water. We arrived before folks at the bar, and tables around us. The reserved table was given their orders before ours. We had appetizers, a burger, and Reuben. We sat for over an hour to finally get one of the 4 person order – my burger. SMH
Server came out to say it was because it was packed busy. Packed busy way after we sat down.
Burger smelled good, my order came out with fries instead of onion rings. Server corrected it right away, but we still had to sit and wait for the wings and Reuben. Hahahaha
Wings – mango habanero, Cajun, Sriracha, garlic parmesan – over cooked, and super crunchy. Either the frying oil was turnt up high to cook fast, or they just forgot to check on the wings. My kids can make better wings.
2 hours later for our to go boxes, and tab – only to have our tabs incorrect.
If I could give a negative star reviews for service, I would. Didn’t want to leave it blank. I didn’t want to tip the poor service, but was nudged to – I wouldn’t have.

Creepy tall guy at the door with great bread , thing always asks all of the young girls if they are getting an onkyfans when they turn 18… so gross plus he intentionally rubs against you on the busy nights it’s gross. He needs to go.

I have been going to Hoggsbreath for 30 years, I love it!!! But it’s old, and needs a revamp. It’s still fun and if you get a chance to go to Bingo on Saturday, still a ton of fun!!! FYI, their chili is top 5….

Honestly, we really enjoy Hoggsbreath. But there are a few things that we don’t love. Overall, I would definitely recommend going, but know that it might not be for everyone.

Service can be pretty slow, even when they aren’t that busy
Burgers are pretty basic and not that great. We got a Jucy Lucy and there was no cheese in the middle. You could tell there had been cheese, but it must have all leaked out or something
I think the wings are a bit overcooked and have too much sauce (my husband likes them though)
They have a ‘smoking area’ that’s right next to the patio. The wind blows smoke down the patio and by the back entrance. We’ve come with our kids and prefer to sit on the patio (since the inside is a pretty standard bar). The kids were really bothered by the smoke at our last visit and we ended up just eating quickly and leaving.
Bingo is really fun! They provide the daubers and there is so much energy and great music. Service during bingo is better when you sit at the bar, because they get really busy and it’s packed. They give out freebies (gift cards or a percentage off your bill) in between rounds and donate all their proceeds to the Little Canada Fire Department. I’m sure their other events are fun too, but we’ve only done bingo.
Definitely give Hoggsbreath a shot, but know that you might need a couple visits to figure out what you enjoy (food and events). I also recommend leaving the kids at home.
