If your looking for genuine bbq this is not the place. I ordered the sampler platter and was disappointed the second I heard a microwave door close. As far as I could tell all the food is reheated. None of the food seems to even be smoked like a traditional bbq place. The chicken was drier than the chicken served in the Army which is saying a lot. The so called pulled pork may as well been sloppy joes and the sausage was begging to be thrown away. The Mac n cheese and the baked beans also were very poor. All in all don’t waste your money here you’ll be disappointed.

Super friendly staff. Sorry guys but Super disgusting food. Something is off about the flavor of the meat. Bottled bbq sauces, Sausages, and french fries were the best thing served. We ordered 2 sampler plates. $32 per plate. Really wanted to like this food. Really did not.

Potato salad a 0. Mac n cheese a 0. Green bean fries a 3 when hot. Shredded pork pile a 1. Ribs a 2 for flavor but tenderness a solid 5. Bbq chicken a 2. Sausage cajun a 5. Andoiulle sausage a 5. French fries a 5.
Whatever short cuts you guys are taking, stop it. Do it the right way. You have a good thing thats currently not.

Quality control needs improvement or immediate change in personnel.
Burger was trash. Lettuce was old and burger patty was low grade fatty meat.
No flavor and gray. Probably 30% beef.
Strawberry shortcake was just as bad.
They used old fermented strawberries that were sour/ bitter and the cake had been sitting there for a while.
The Mac and cheese was ok.
Paid $30 for a $4.99 worth of food.
Best part was the service. Kind and friendly.
Nothing gourmet about this place.

By for some of the worst BBQ Tritip I have ever had. It certainly was not smoked or BBQd rather poured out from a bag, heated in the microwave and sold for $25! A travesty. Especially from a place that claims to be BBQ. My fife has the pulled chicken sandwiche which was very dry but has some flavor due to the store bought sauce.
Now I am not a Dickeys fan, but their food is much better. ☹️

Look, I’ll not lie the customer service was spot on, which i was honestly grateful for.
As for the food, i got the platter sampler:
– Half Chicken was dry
– Pulled Chicken & Beef were spot on, and very tasty
– Ribs were average
– Fries were hot and crispy which I’ve enjoyed every piece of it
– Cajun Sausage looks like it was smoked in highest levels of hell, it had dried wrinkle skin that I’d not feed to an animal at a zoo (Still ate it cuz i was hungry and tight on time)
– Mac & Cheese wasn’t bad but they also weren’t anything special
– Potato Salad was beyond horrible, like don’t get me wrong you can eat it which wasnt spoiled but honestly worst tasting potato salad I’ve ever had in my whole entire life.
– Corn wasn’t great either
Overall based on today’s experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place or even come back. The greatest thing about this place honestly is the service

Meat portion is really small for a $24.99 price. Stale bread and slaw was not good at all. Smells like it’s been sitting for days.
I used to come here a lot when I was younger. But seems like this place has lost its touch.
Better off going to roadhouse or if you really want bbq. Go to smoke and fire 15 min from Hoggs.

Absolutely amazing. Everything is phenomenal on the menu, the Burgers, sausages, Philly cheesesteaks, and yes the ribs! Everything has such a tasty savory flavor, even with the recent price hikes this place is well worth your money and patronage. This place does BBQ right much better then Famous Dave, Dickeys BBQ pit, but I would put Lucille’s but not by much.

First time here. Fast service, friendly staff, nice clean restaurant. Delicious food! We tried the Philly Cheese Tri-tip sandwich, a side of corn, the jumbo hotdog, and the Chili Cheese Fries..we were NOT disappointed! Another great place to eat added to our list!
