Let’s face it, you go to a bbq place for the meat. They get that right all day long. The ribs and brisket are highlights. The sides are just okay, and the only bummer for me were the beans. The price is not bad for all we got, service was friendly, and the restaurant is clean. It was cold out, but we were sweating inside bc the heat was turned up high That’s the only reason for the star downgrade on atmosphere. Will I eat here again? Yep! It’s way north of town, but I feel it’s the best BBQ place on that side of town.

Kevin is the best manager I’ve encountered at any establishment in my life. I got coleslaw instead of macaroni (I must’ve mistakenly ordered it) and he had no problem taking care of me. I felt seen, understood, and best of all, I only had to spend $5.99 for such accommodating service. The place is extremely clean, the vibes are divine, and the toast is yum yummy yum. Definitely try the turkey, brisket, or ribs. Kevin thank you for your excellent service and kindness. It means the world and I will certainly be back. Don’t be late they close at 8.

*Update* – tried it and the BBQ is not worth going back up there to get. Meat was okay.
We drove 30 minutes just to get the food because we heard great things about it. By the time we made it back home, we realized there was NO BBQ for our X4 baked potatoes. Drove back up there, and just for BBQ and “I’m sorry”. Remake of food, and/or simply a gesture to make up for it. Honest opinion, this doesn’t even look good for just an okay taste.
Ticket was at 6:50PM – and just eating at 8:20PM.
Horrible experience for not being from Nebraska.

Food was served at room temperature if not colder. The brisket was hard and awful. The Mac n cheese tasted as if it was straight out of a Kraft box. The absolute worst BBQ that I’ve had in my life. I lived in Memphis, so I know good BBQ. Disappointed:(

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Their $5.99 special meal deal hard to pass. Had the hot links sandwich. Pour over their Hot Bar-B-Q sauce and overall, it was a nice place to stop for some good BBQ. Employees were all nice and courteous. Next time when I have more time, I’ll try the other BBQ on their menu.

By far the worst food I have had In a long time period. I ordered the burnt ends meal And a loaded baked potato the baked potato Was almost completely dehydrated it was terrible I don’t know what they did to that potato but I’ve never tasted anything quite so bad. Burnt ends are supposed to be tender juicy and melt in your melt in your mouth. The burnt ends that I had here were so oh tough I could barely stab them with my fork much less Chew them, To add insult to injury they didn’t taste good. Sapp brothers has better burnt ends and they are not even a barbecue joint. The only saving grace was that the dinner that I ordered came with garlic toast, that was the only thing that I found to be delicious everything else I could not even eat.
The staff were Lexidaysical no one had checked on the dining area the whole time we were there. There were quite a few tables that were dirty with food debris. my tabel didnt even have paper towels on the dispenser.
If the food had been even mediocre I wouldn’t have noticed any of the Other aforementioned issues.
My advice is pass this place up and go to any other place …
