My husband ordered almost $100 on an order a couple days ago. After waiting more than half an hour for the food, he brought it home. Half the food was inedible because it was burnt to a crisp. I tried to call them directly, and they don’t have a working number. Tried to contact them on Facebook, and no response after 2 days. I would never recommend this place. The pictures I added to this review is supposed to be the bbq chicken from the bbq chicken melt, the brisket balls, and hush puppies.
Update to owner: Thank you for your disingenuous and sarcastic response to my review. Truly it was eye opening, and we will not ever visit your establishment again. First, I didn’t photograph every single item at the time because I only wanted to show the worst of the worst. Cool. I went ahead and added a picture of all the food I was throwing out today because it was not good at all. As to posting every single item, the half of the bbq chicken melt and sweet potato fries (aside from the 4 I had) went into the trash immediately because of how burnt the chicken was and the fries weren’t cooked all the way through. Your timeline and description of my husband was not accurate. He also placed the order in store, not online. I even included a time stamp with messages between us when he was sitting in your establishment. I don’t leave reviews this low, but this is justified. Also notice how I didn’t ask for anything? I was never looking for a refund or any reimbursement or free items. I don’t want it.
I was only looking to provide honest feedback. Thank you for your time.

Love coming to this small hole in the wall. Service is always top notch! And the Brisket is always hot, smokey and great! The Corn pudding is Fire!!! A little pricey but I think its worth it. And cant forget Morgan she is a sweet heart!! Thanks Morgan for great Customer Service!

Pitmaster Mike is clearly the kind of fanatical, consummate professional who has taken his craft of down home comfort BBQ and secret recipes from his kitchen at home to a smooth-running full scale restaurant establishment, that does many things well at the same time, a relaxing and stylish dining space, complete with beer taps and a full liquor bar!
I dipped in here on a Saturday evening for a sandwich of moist tender brisket, tangy potato salad, and an OFF THE CHARTS DELICOUS Cajun dirty rice. One frosty mug of Devil’s backbone Vienna Lager was a perfect accompaniment to help me wash away the cares of a busy week.
The food here was so delicious, I ordered some more to take home!

Parking is behind the business, enter from north Cameron (turn left into lot) or turn right off of loudoun (into alley) to get to the lot behind business.
Very friendly staff, welcomed as soon as we walked in and given rundown, introduction to staff, and specials. Lots of specials, lots of alcohol choices.

If I could make a suggestion, I would do the crispy balls differently. They are okay, but I feel as though I would love them Pittsburgh style. They are a little non-moist and with the crispy texture they need a little dress up. I would love them on a scoop of oil based slaw, French fries, and a dressing of some kind. All out primantis style would really amp up these balls. They just need a little *it* factor.
A lot of live music also available here!! we plead on being back for that and bourbon Wednesdays.

I tried this place today for the first time, and it was super good! I had the brisket melt and cheese curds. My server was Megan. Super friendly service, food was great!!! I will definitely be going back and making it a regular place for me.

Stopped on our way home from Maine to Tennessee. An easy 2 miles off 81. So worth it. Great food. Turkey was great made in a sweet tea brine. I especially loved the Mac and cheese. Loved talking to the owner. It’s worth it if you are driving on 81 near Winchester va

One of our favorite spots to eat when we come through town! Mike is the best and the food never disappoints! Sometimes there is even live music! The pulled pork, corn pudding and banana pudding are our favorites! This time we had the pulled pork mac n cheese and it was delish!

Best BBQ in Winchester, been to them all. Highly recommend smoked chicken wings, ribs and sweet tea turkey. Cool thing about this place is the constantly changing menu, they always have the staples but there is always something new on their specials. Had a dinosaur beef bone today, a little pricey but worth it. Kinda like the tomahawk steak of BBQ. Atmosphere is great, owner is friendly. You mostly order by weight so you can mix and match.
