Hog Creek Bar & Grill is an awesome stop and absolutely worth checking out! From the second we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and inviting. The space has that perfect balance of laid-back comfort and lively energy that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. You can tell right away it’s a place where both locals and visitors feel right at home.
The staff and bartenders were genuinely friendly and attentive. As soon as we sat down, we knew we were in for a great experience. There’s nothing better than being greeted with a smile and great conversation, and that’s exactly what we got. We only stopped in for a couple of drinks this time, but the service alone made the visit memorable. Our bartender’s name was Amy and she was super awesome and truly made the whole experience perfect. Your energy and personality did not go unnoticed!
We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer to experience the outdoor patio and spend a little more time enjoying everything Hog Creek has to offer. The patio looks like it would be the perfect spot to kick back with friends, enjoy some sunshine, and dive into the food menu. If the drinks and service are any indication, we’re confident the food will not disappoint.
It’s always great finding places that make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in, and Hog Creek Bar & Grill definitely does that. We’ll be back soon!

Along a back road we found this cute little bar that actually wasn’t so little or just a bar.
Hog Creek has a full restaurant with a lot of seating and outdoor seating. Service is amazing!! Staff is so friendly and warm.
There is a ramp for wheelchairs. Parking is gravel so park towards the front of you need blacktop.

Went here for a Friday diner and wasn’t busy at all yet the service was absolutely horrendous. The staff was very rude and unpleasant. Treated you like trash. Would never ever recommend this restaurant to absolutely no one . This is the last time I ever waste another dollar on such horrible service and food. Again, DEFINITELY would not recommend!!

First visit for us, and we will definitely go back again! It was on Good Friday, and even though they were quite busy, we didn’t have to wait too long for a table. Staff was friendly and efficient. I had a 2 PC Fish Fry, with half fries and half potato salad, and it also comes with coleslaw & bread. The fish pieces and coleslaw portions were good-sized, and I actually took a piece home but ate everything else. The potato salad was creamy the way I liked it, and the coleslaw was good as well. ( It’s hard to find a good coleslaw I like), and the prices were very reasonable too. The only thing I’d suggest is to cook the fries just a bit more for a little crispiness.

Amazing service and food. Drinks are poured strong. Some drinks are over priced but hey that’s a bar anywhere. Nothing I don’t love about Hog Creek. Amazing Friday fish, awesome wings on Thursday, I highly recommend the Buffalo and barbecue. Pizza any other day of the week.

Arrived and sat at the bar after checking in for dinner to get a table. Ended up waiting twenty minutes to be asked what I wanted. And they never asked. Another couple walks in, the bar tender is all over them. Ok so they prioritize friends family and familiars. So if your visiting on a Friday night, good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
Alright, food is next.
Ordered after getting seated. And twenty minutes later had appetizers. Ok not bad, it’s busy I get it. And hour after goes by. Still no food. A few minutes later food finally arrives. And it’s cold…. It’s been sitting. Steak was cold to the touch, shrimp was like warm at best. But hey! The fries were hot at least.
All in all. I would probably look for somewhere else to eat or get a drink.

The food was ok. I had the tiger shrimp and it was nothing special. It was smaller than jumbo shrimp which is not what it was like a year ago. The service was terrible. We had to wait over an hour for our food and another long wait for our bill. People that were seated after us ate and left before we could. Sad, not sure if we’ll be back.
