Chef Ho is an expert in multiple cuisines, I tried Japanese and Taiwanese food. They are all amazing and I am very impressed by chef Ho’s personal twist of the dishes.

I’m glad I gave it a try! Chef Ho offers omakase-style cooking, and I chose the Taiwanese set. It included four dishes, plus soup and dessert: fermented black bean oysters(豆鼓鮮蚵), steamed cod with soy bean crumble(豆酥鱈魚), deep-fried red yeast pork(酥炸紅糟肉), cabbage with sakura shrimp(櫻花蝦高麗菜), seafood soup(芙蓉海鮮羹), and Tieguanyin tea ice cream(鐵觀音冰淇淋).
Every dish was authentic and brought back a taste of home, made me feel a bit homesick, in the best way. Chef Ho is truly talented. I’ll definitely book again for our upcoming family gathering! Highly recommend!
