I’m glad I gave it a try! Chef Ho offers omakase-style cooking, and I chose the Taiwanese set. It included four dishes, plus soup and dessert: fermented black bean oysters(豆鼓鮮蚵）, steamed cod with soy bean crumble(豆酥鱈魚）, deep-fried red yeast pork（酥炸紅糟肉）, cabbage with sakura shrimp（櫻花蝦高麗菜）, seafood soup（芙蓉海鮮羹）, and Tieguanyin tea ice cream（鐵觀音冰淇淋）.
Every dish was authentic and brought back a taste of home, made me feel a bit homesick, in the best way. Chef Ho is truly talented. I’ll definitely book again for our upcoming family gathering! Highly recommend!
