Amazing amazing food. I haven’t been that satisfied after a meal in a long time. It was even hard to stop and take leftovers home even tho the portions were so big– it was so delicious I just wanted to keep eating! I would say that the atmosphere could use some development as it feels like a very temporary space. Providing reusable utensils instead of disposable ones would also add positively to the experience. Otherwise, very friendly and helpful staff, clean space, simple menu, and again, incredibly delicious food.

I orgered the rice w goat off the lunch menu. It is expensive (the price of goat has gone up) but I got my entree; the rice was nicely seasoned and with the Lunch menu I got a little salad, banana, waterbottle…..i ordered additional 4 sambosa (beef) everything cost about $30. But I have no complaints. Sambosas were good, had a nice spice level. Definetely would go again.

I was so excited to try Somali food, and Hodma lived up to its reputation. The rice with goat was absolutely delicious, and I could not stop eating even when I was full. The ugali with chicken was just amazing. I wish I knew how they spice that chicken. The ladies working were so kind a patient, even though we were in for a rather late dinner and had a lot of questions. I would definitely go back if I am in the area again.

Lots to love with Hodma. Chicken and rice was great and the chicken was well seasoned. The gyro wrap had plenty of gyro meat inside of a soft pita bread. I appreciate how everything was made to order so it was all fresh. I will stop in again to try the goat meat and camel meat platters. Staff was friendly too!

I ordered Rice & Goat meat (for lunch) and it was simply the most delicious. The place is very clean, the dish was plenty, mildly spiced, fresh and hot and it came very quick (normal this kinda meal would take long). The soup was also great.
