The staff is so friendly and pilot. They greet you as you enter the establishment. I have been attending this location since the 90’s! The food has always been delicious, seasoned perfectly & cooked right. My family & I really enjoy eating here at least one Sunday a month.

Long story I’ve been trying to lick my wounds but it hasn’t worked . A few months back I went to this location one evening to grab wings and curly fries. Ordered them over the phone xxx-crispy hot lemon pepper there was no issue. Went in to grab them and they were practically SOGGY. Like barely cooked once, ok cool I kindly asked for them to be recooked to my request. I was then told that we don’t cook them that way over the phone since people don’t know how well they want them…come again . I reassured them that I indeed did want them that way then the rudest managers (white guy, black lady) come over to engage with me and I reassure them what I want and even showed a pic a beautifully prepared batch of them from another visit. At that point clearly annoyed they took them and began a new batch. After 5 or so minutes I ask for fresh fries because at this point I was in the store well over 10 minutes and they were getting cold. Manager again comes out with an attitude, and they throw the fries away to make a new order. The order finally comes out 15-20 minutes later and I check my food and to my surprise the SAUCE IS COMPLETELY WRONG. It was like some type of white saucy flavor. The black lady manager appearing completely unbothered basically just stands and looks at me like so what. At that point I realized this was deliberate so I kindly asked for a refund and left. Here is where we take a turn. A few weeks later I attempt to call in weeks to the capital circle location and to my shock they ask for my number and the guy says we aren’t able to take your order. Me confused because how?!? I go into the store and I have been placed on the DO NOT SERVE list because I complained about an order more than once?!? How am I penalized because yall messed my order up. I didn’t yell, didn’t curse, called no one out their name, made no scene literally bowed out and walked away. Well guess who walks around the corner the black lady from the original location but this time she has nothing to say and is practically hiding behind the manager from the cap. Cir. Location (who was kind even in telling me I wouldn’t be ordering ). Don’t be a coward now. I later emailed the corporate to let them know what happened. Heard nothing of course. Hobbit is amazing particularly that blue cheese but just know you are not valued, nor are you dollars or customer service or anything else that upstanding companies pride themselves on.

I have never enjoyed a place more than Hobbit. If you live near Pensacola street or Tennessee street this is a great location. They open around 11 am and the employees are absolutely amazing. No matter what I am in the mood to eat the food is always delicious.

The flavors are definitely there, though the ingredient quality is more middle-of-the-road. That said, the service more than makes up for it. The staff truly makes this place feel warm and welcoming; like a proper stop at an inn along the road. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. John is hands-down my favorite bartender, and I’ve never once been disappointed walking out. May the hair on your toes never fall out!

If it was possible to give this establishment 0 stars I would . The disrespect in presentation was far beyond what I would’ve expected. The young women on the phone who was taking order was speaking as though she was a friend of mine she seen in the street ,which on a regular day I wouldn’t mind but today it was overly excessive and I truly just wanted my order taken . So i initially wanted lemon pepper hot and honey garlic Parmesan but as soon as I mentioned the honey Parmesan she stopped me by saying “oh we don’t got that you mean garlic Parmesan?” In such a idiotic tone I just responded with a simple “ yes” and was told to come pick up the meal in 15 minutes. When I opened the box of food I couldn’t Believe it the garlic Parmesan was regular naked chicken and shredded cheese on top … absolutely no effort into the presentation and to make matters worse the taste of the chicken itself absolutely disgusting no flavor no seasoning absolutely nothing . I definitely will not be returning and would not recommend.

Overall food was good, service was slow. This place has a bar and also tables with plenty of tvs with games on to watch. Relaxed atmosphere.
Saturday night and it was kind of busy. No wait time. We sat ourselves at a table. We ordered our food and we waited a long time for our dinner. Any time we needed a refill of our beer or even water, we had to remind the wait staff a couple times. The appetizer came out quick. The wait staff knew about half of the answers to the questions we asked about the food.
The food! The candied Jalapeño dip was outstanding! It came with warmed pita bread that was soft and crispy. I had the boneless wings 10 for 12.99 with the garnet & gold sauce (Carolina gold bbq and Buffalo sauce). Also ordered was the Hawaiian burger. The burger was small and smaller than the bun.
