This is me and my husband’s favorite Vietnamese place! It gets very busy during lunch, which shows how good it is.
We heard a new family took over in 2025. They changed the recipes and remodeled the restaurant, and it looks so nice now. I was like “WWOW Beautiful!”. When I walked in, the pho smelled so good right away.
The food is amazing — 10/10! Everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. The employees are very gentle, polite, and friendly too.

First time here, the workers were so polite & friendly. The place was clean! We had the phở đặc biệt, bún măng, and BBH. We also has egg rolls & pork spring rolls for apps. It was all very delicious! They were very generous with meat portions (and bamboo). Also I got the Vietnamese iced coffee, it was solid, strong and not too milky. Will definitely come back!

I’ve been a regular at Pho Cong Ly for years, and the new management is doing a wonderful job with the menu and the food is actually getting better and better. The owners are very kind, but the service has become quite pushy lately. It’s a bit overwhelming when you’re just trying to enjoy your meal. I’d still recommend it for the flavors, but I hope they dial back the pressure a bit!

My party and I enjoyed the warm, friendly, and welcoming dining experience. The service was prompt. And, the waitress pleasantly helped me understand unfamiliar items. I decided upon an old time favorite and ordered the Chicken Fried Rice which was perfectly seasoned and just the right temperature. The Tofu Pudding dessert was light and flavorful. Definitely a Pho spot that I will frequent often when craving Vietnamese cuisine. I highly recommend this casual dining spot for a quick, delicious meal.

First I’d like to say the place is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. It seems a lot of people are not comprehending that part and not being understanding. The new owners treat all their customers as family, I really love how friendly they are and I wish them the best in their future endeavors. The pho has an authentic taste very good flavor I give it a 10/10 their Thai tea is sooo delicious I wish I can give them more than 5 starts!. We look forward in trying their sandwiches I’ve heard it’s really good overall I highly recommend this place if you want an amazing experience and enjoy their food it’s so good and flavorful! My daughter and I love going for our mother daughter dates. <3
