Ordered poutine and kinda disappointed the fries are so soggy . I get you put gravy and curd cheese but the fries should be crispy or even taste cooked . I gotta say I am pretty disappointed . As I am a regular customer and love hoagies .

This was the first time visiting this establishment, we were greeted with smiles, told us all anout the menu, the food was outstanding! And the personalized service?? This hoagies in Newport is my favorite one of the franchise. It has very good service and the food is amazing. Plus you can walk it off afterwards next to the scenic lake Memphremagog or go to lake Willoughby.
UPDATE 2023 : I just tried the bbq maple burger and the onion rings and wow there delicious and massive, the onion rings should have their own zip code. I highly recommend the burgers and onion rings, we normally just get pizza since its the best in Vermont but i wanted to try other things and nothing ive had here is bad, the wings are also top notch.

I truly love this place this is definitely one of those destination that I have to come to every time I visit back home here in Vermont! I have been coming to this place since I was a teenager in here it is 20 years later and still just as good!! Their food is truly original and their flavor is one of a kind and their house dressing is just one of those must haves to go with everything that you order!
