I knew I wanted a hoagie and I have tried all but this one place. I went in, as many were standing to pay for their items. I walked in and around to kiosk screens. I grabbed a regular sized buffalo chicken sandwich. I was impressed by the quick turnaround. Everything was fresh and so good! There were no areas to sit and boxes were covering storage areas. Beer was sold here as well, however I was not disappointed. I will come back again, soon.

Mouse ate through bag of chips. Cheesesteak order was completely wrong. Added at least a half cup of relish to my chicken cheesesteak. We did not ask for relish or pickles. Meat was barely there. There was more relish than chicken. Staff are inappropriate and unprofessional. Was told to wait until after the cooks smoke break was over. I do not recommend. The quality and service is extremely poor.. if you value your health and money, go elsewhere.

Love this place, good quality hogies and sandwiches. The staff is nice lots of chips choices. Parking can get tricky depending the time you go so be mindful you could walk. But all and all it is worth it go take a trip and see

YALL. You have to try these hoagies. I had the corned beef special and the cheesesteak. Shawn provided the BEST customer service, so friendly and helpful. The location is a hole in the wall, but don’t be deterred. The food is amazing. You get so much food!

I usually really like the hoagie factory but this steak I just bought wasn’t it at all! First I ordered a cheese steak and they didn’t put any cheese on it and they barely put any meat on the sandwich. When people are choosing to patronize your business with all the other food establishments out here please make sure you are giving them what was ordered and give them their monies worth!
