I use to come here regularly years ago. While the subs aren’t what they use to be, I think the service makes up for it… Although, on my last visit, she made my sub without asking me what veggies I wanted. I had to ask her to open the sandwich back up and add pickles other than that, good. She also gave my kids free juices (thanks ☺️). I love supporting small businesses, it contributes to the community in many ways. It’s also important for businesses to be trained or customer care, ethics and service.

Service was great and fast. I just didn’t like the quality of the meat used in the subs and the flavor wasn’t as good as I remember it being years ago when I’ve been before. I also felt the restaurant could use a deep cleaning I would almost say it was too dirty to eat. It was also too expensive for what I got. I am not sure if I will be going back.

Overall, their subs just aren’t what they used to be. They can’t even get a simple order right. I ordered two subs with no lettuce—because honestly, a traditional Philly doesn’t come with lettuce. It should just be meat, cheese, and onions. If I want extra toppings, I’ll ask for them—don’t just throw them on by default.
When I called to ask if they were even reading the order instructions, I was told, “If you want it done right, come get it in person.” Seriously? You have one job, and it’s not that difficult.
If you want a good sub in this area, go to Broadway—they get it right every time. Their attention to detail and customer service are on point. I’ll never order from Bear’s again.

Place is run down and dirty to begin with might need a county inspector to xheck yall out! I went in last week I guess I must of bothered the guy for a sub while watching TV on his phone mind you mid day only person in there I got two of bacon ranch subs “straight garbage ” as soon as I opened the sub it was super wet everything that I was going to eat fell out the bottom of the sub both of them. I spent $40 bucks at the place for two subs no drinks did not eat the food it was so horrible would never recommend anyone else to spend a dime at this establishment your better off anywhere else getting a sub even subway 5 stars compared to this place…
U should return my money not a way to spend your lunch break got robbed and got two worthless subs in the process.
