Food is consistently great, ALWAYS hot rather I pickup or have it delivered. Great customer service whenever there was a problem with delivery and/or pickup orders. I have been a customer or over 3 years now and very satisfied with the food.

All of a sudden this place has forgotten who their customers are. No lunch specials the week of Xmas? Really? Bad enough they have raised their prices whenever they feel like but I am sick and tired of thebfactvthatvtheyvthinkntbeir food is as good as low low used to be.
I will never again order from these people. They just lost a customer that spends close to $200 a week.

For the lunch special, they charge an extra $1 for chicken fried rice, but the rice doesn’t even have chicken. The portions are extremely small, and the meal doesn’t include a drink or egg rolls. My order was ready in less than two minutes, which is highly suspicious. I will never return to this place.
If you’re paying with a credit card, be cautious. The lady at the front will press the tip button on the card reader without asking you. She pressed the 10% tip option for my takeaway order. Their response to complaints makes it seem like they believe credit card holders don’t know how to use the machine properly. This is a very dishonest, rip-off joint.

Really good chinese food. There are a decent amount of chinese restaurants in the area, but the flavor of the food here is A+. Been going here since before Covid.

I will never order from here again. I order fried rice and steamed broccoli, only for me to find maggot in the broccoli. I called them to explain and the next thing u was told was to come and get a refund of the broccoli. The lady I was talked to was so rude and placed my call on hold and left me on hold for over 30mins, I called back and didn’t pick up. I will never order from them again and I will continue to tell people and show them the picture of the maggot. Very disgusting!!!!!

We used to order quite often and stopped a few years back when we felt the quality was not consistent. A neighbor recommended we give Hoho another try, so we did. I paid 3 dollars extra for mushrooms and they tasted very old, the whole dish tasted almost rotten because of it. The sauce was very bland, and so was the egg roll. Honestly, the fortune cookie was the highlight. I’m very disappointed, and won’t likely finish the rest. Leftover Chinese bid generally the best, but not this time
