I went for chitlins but they was out, so I got some pepper steak( didn’t care for it) ,ribs, Mac and cheese, greens( ribs sauce to sweet for me, had better Mac and cheese, greens had no flavor until I add hot sauce).. Need to say I’m going to stick to the chitlins

Chitlins got a funny after taste. My grandma and them made way better tasting chitlins then Ho Ho’s. And what happened?… Did they run out of chitlins? Because now they don’t know when their going to get more chitlins.

Chattering platter …they were clean and cooked good but there was no seasoning…they need to add salt and pepper. I added my own and then hot sauce. Made it edible but could have been great if it had been cooled with some salt and pepper.
