Traveled from Houston to a Cowboys game. We could have chosen anywhere to eat but we searched for the best menudo and barbacoa in the area and came across this place!
I was a little reluctant because it’s inside a convenience store but tried it anyways and so glad we did! Reminded me of Mexico (my family is from San Luis & Monterrey so we KNOW menudo & barbacoa!) we will come here every time we are in town! 10/10!

Came here ordered quesadilla and tacos de barbacoa they were good but the torta was not good the meat could’ve been a little more tender and the price was high $12 plain and dry so it was bread and meat only so we will not be coming back sorry. The agua fresca cucumber lemonade was ok.

Tried for the first time and very-disappointing. Coffee with no liquid creamer, but was not offered water. Bring one plate out at A time barbacoa was super greasy and we let her know. Was not offered an extra one or replacement taco. Bacon and egg taco was horrible. Bacon was not cooked. Onion and cilantro has cabbage in it which was worse. Menudo had so much fat.
Asked for chips and salsa…never came. We came we tried it and will not be returning severely overpriced food.

This place should not NOT NOT BE IN BUSINESS by far the absolute worst food I have ever in my life tasted the menudo lmfao my husband took one sip and threw it I have never seen my husband turn away anything in my life. That is BAD! The flour tortillas lol who taught yall how to make them Kroger ? Worst Barbacoa! no onion no cilantro no limes no salsas this is the worst mexican restaurant in the DFW you need to be shut down and find a new hobby because this is by far the worst food I have ever had in my life! Please save your money and go anywhere else but here !!! $164 spent on your garbage food you should take that and learn how to cook!!!

Top of the notch mexican food, the guy running the register was probably one of the owners or cooks or both. anyway he was super attentive super friendly and even gave us barbacoa AND menudo samples! Both tastes amazing! I had tripa tacos and they were cooked ro perfection with the right crisp.
