Omg, let me just say, moving here from Scottsdale, Arizona, I had high standards. I mean, where else was I going to find a food prep service that didn’t taste like cardboard but also didn’t guilt me for my holiday indulgences (hello, extra cookies)? I searched far and wide—or at least as far as Google would take me—and stumbled upon HM.
After the new year (and a few extra pounds later), I decided to give them a shot, and let me tell you… I AM IMPRESSED. I’ve only tried two meals so far, but WOW. The egg white omelet? A fluffy masterpiece. The buffalo chicken ranch wrap? I had to double-check it was still healthy because it tasted that good.
Also, let’s talk about customer service for a second. I had some delivery hiccups (thanks, universe), but when I called, the HM rep was so friendly and accommodating. She handled my delivery switch like a pro.
So yeah, Scottsdale who? Thank you, HM, for feeding me amazing meals and making this transition easier. I’ll definitely be sticking around!

I have been ordering meals for several months now. I recently opened a business and am too busy and tired to properly fend for myself, and I don’t want to constantly eat take-out. These meals are a lifesaver- combination of fresh, healthy and super flavorful! I haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Thanks for making my life much easier!

Super annoyed with you guys. My delivery date was changed without notice from Thursday to Tuesday. I didn’t even know until I realized my meals didn’t get delivered & I logged in to see the change. Well, I’m out of town during the week & can’t get meals on Tuesdays. So I tried reaching out to speak to someone about it. I called, no answer. I can’t leave a voicemail because your voicemail is full. The message on your voicemail says to text if the mailbox is full. I sent THREE text messages plus 2 emails & no one ever got back to me. Really disappointed.

I was searching high and low for healthy, high quality, fresh meals for my elderly parents to help them continue living independently. HM Meal Prep has been a tremendous blessing! My parents absolutely LOVE their meals (they are food connoisseurs, mind you 🙂 ) and look forward to them every week. Franchezka and her family/team are amazing….their customer service is top notch- friendly, responsive, professional, and super helpful when I bug them with questions, LOL! I’m disabled and have meals delivered to me. I believe in supporting local and went through a few before I came across this gem.
Flavorful, crispy veggies, nothing processed and the meals change every 2 weeks so you’re never stuck eating the same thing. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile, especially during the hurricane. My doctors love them because I’m eating healthier and losing weight. Best part is I don’t have to call up weekly, they automatically send a mixed selection. Definitely recommend them for flavor, nutrition and overall greatness!

We just started trying HM Meal prep with our first order to help my MIL and husband have some healthier options on hand.The taste is a big hit over here! The amount of food also was able to fill my mother-in-law and my husband, even though typically they would consume a larger quantity of food with each meal. I liked the automated text and that once I received the delivery window a real person reached out directly. The gentleman helped bring the food in and put it on the kitchen table for me and helped me empty the reusable bags so we didn’t have to return them. He was very friendly and professional.
When I was reading through all the reviews I knew that my husband and my MIL would love this. They’ve been through 1 million meal prep companies, and by far yours has been the best for them because the taste and convenience DOES matter. I don’t have to convince either of them to eat the meals. They selected what sounded good, it was delivered, then 1 minute in the microwave and DONE! Does not get easier than this.
I should mention that my mother-in-law has Parkinson’s which usually means she can’t taste what she’s eating, so it’s actually a huge gift for her to be able to taste the food!
After tasting the food, they have both decided they want to replace two meals a day with HM instead of just one. We ordered a couple of the freezer packs as well so we even have some extras in the freezer if we run out before our next order!

I live out of state and use their service whenever I have to come into Greenville for work since I don’t have a kitchen. Great tasting food, awesome portions and good variety. The breakfast meals are my favorite but the frozen dinner meals are always flavorful. Great way to eat healthy, and delivery service is very convenient.

I did a lot of research and tried different things before going with Healthletic Meals, and these guys absolutely crush it. If you want to save time deciding what you want to do, just go ahead and choose these folks.
Every single person I’ve interacted with at HM is polite, professional, fun, and downright amazing. There’s a personal touch and an obvious pride in what they do.
The food is incredible and changes regularly. I am consistently impressed with the taste, quality, and freshness of everything they give me. Having a local meal prep service where nothing is ever frozen is absolutely incredible. I lost 10 pounds in a month simply by cutting out the garbage lunches I was eating and replacing it with Healthletic Meals.
Meals tend to be between $7-9 a pop for the small portions (which is plenty unless you’re very active), which is a pretty amazing value. No meal prep service is cheap, you’re paying for convenience and service, but these folks knock the value proposition out of the park.
I’m legitimately in love with HM. This is a model of good business and I am incredibly thankful to have an option like this in Greenville.

The team at healthletic meals is fantastic and always responsive! The food is AMAZING and as a working student I have tried every meal prep service, hello fresh, purple carrot, lean kitchen, green chef, daily harvest, you name it, and this is the ABSOLUTE best food. It is fresh, homemade, delicious, nutritious, and even with the chef selection subscription, its a great variety every week. I’ve just ordered more meals today, I cannot recommend it enough!
