Very good real smoked BBQ. Had excellant pulled pork tonight and plan to return soon to try the brisket. The owners are charming and pitmaster Mr Hitt is obviously very skilled and dedicated to the craft of producing outstanding smoked meats. Recomend highly – off the main highway and a bit hard to find, but well worth the trip.

Had a brisket sandwich, chips, and can of Coke for $7. Brisket was excellent. Had a nice bark, fall apart tender, and not too smokey of a taste. Friendly owner. Will definitely be back, as his prices can’t be beat.

First time eating at Hitman BBQ. It’s just a little place with some folding chairs and tables but boy is the food fantastic. I had a pork plate with beans and potato salad and my buddy had the same thing with coleslaw and beans. Also had some friends eat the sausage. And you cannot beat the price. Freshly cooked every day. Not overdone so it’s dry. We’ll come back when I’m in the area.
