This place was a home run!
Such a yummy combination of flavors that brings out a delicious flavor and really brings to life traditional “trashy” foods.
We had the pizza and tacos and they were outstanding!
Our waiter Mason did a great job recommending great dishes and drinks.
The atmosphere is fun and a little funky.
This is a must stop restaurant!
I Highly Highly recommend this Place!!
Oh yeah and the pricing was great. Didn’t feel like I left poor and hungry.
The Cheesesteak Egg Rolls were a highlight—generously filled, and the two pieces come with just the right amount of beer cheese for dunking both rolls. The Avocado Fries and Sloppy Joe were solid as well. The only downside was the Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Applesauce, which felt very greasy—maybe that’s intentional, but it was a bit much for us.
When we asked for the bill, it also took a while for the card machine to arrive. However, some of our food was discounted as compensation because it had accidentally been given to another table. The staff clearly takes care of their customers, which we really appreciated.
The atmosphere is nice and the setup is great, but there are quite a few television screens—four big ones visible from every angle. When you’re there with friends, it can be a bit distracting and make conversation harder, as it’s easy to lose focus from each other.
Overall, Traylor Park Hitch is a great spot with reasonable prices and inventive menu items. Worth a visit if you’re in the area, just maybe be ready for some visual distractions!
With the egg rolls being unable to be tailored, i expected more but it ended up being a greasy mess with no true flavor other than the unfortunate onions and the meat. The wrap tasted almost store bought which explains why the rolls were not able to be tailored.
The rolls were also a generous 3 inches which were not worth $15. 2/10
The sauce was definitely a 0/10. It tasted like taco bell cheese sauce.
For the smash burger which i also split with my friend, it reminded me of way back burgers because of the overwhelming oiliness so I could have spent $8 less for the same burger instead of a whopping $18 for a 3×3 inch burger. It was oily, and flavorless 3/10.
Waffle fries were ok. 8/10.
Would not recommend especially for the price
