Visited on a quiet Sunday morning, shortly after opening. Seating was plentiful, and the environment was clean and welcoming.

We tried a range of breakfast items. The pancake stacks were massive—no one could finish them—but they were delicious and definitely a highlight. The French toast was just okay; next time, the pancakes would be the go-to. The bacon stood out as a surprise hit: perfectly crisp and full of flavor. The breakfast sandwich was average—satisfying but unremarkable.

Items from the children’s menu were underwhelming. The chicken strips came in a small portion and lacked appeal, and the kid’s hamburger was just okay. In the future, we’ll stick to the regular menu.

The only true disappointment was the lemonade, which tasted like plain water.

Service was excellent. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Prices were reasonable, especially for the large portions. Despite a few minor misses, the quality of the food and great service made this a solid visit—and one we plan to repeat in the future.

Cute place, friendly service and great food. Fantastic pastries and pies, biscuits and gravy are excellent, and the Mac and cheese is good. The chicken strips are amazing with kind of a tempura style batter. Not super greasy and well seasoned. Love this cafe!

This place is a hidden gem. The service was so welcoming and friendly. The cook (I assume owner could be wrong) even welcomed us and said goodbye. The food is down home good cooking. We both had chicken fried steak. Definitely homemade and delicious. The biscuit though….. Moist and delicious. I can’t wait to go back for the vibes and try more food.

I had the special of the day (which changes daily per a list at the table). I had the turkey dinner & it was excellent – the best turkey dinner I have ever had when dining out. Very generous portions of turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy & great dressing (some call it “stuffing”) – best restaurant dressing I’ve ever had. Blackberry pie was very good too. I’ll return again whenever I’m back in the area.

This place is a gem! Amazing food and service was excellent. Waitress was also the owner. She went and picked fresh mint from her garden for my mojito! So friendly! Homemade pasta, my husband had the meatloaf. We had 2 meals, cocktails & pie for $50. Highly recommend.
