The experience was horrible me and my boyfriend went around 11pm this night. We ordered two drinks, one with an extra shot. The drinks were watered down baddddd (in little plastic cups) for $10-16. We then ordered our food which was Cod fish (which was not cod fish) and chips and I ordered a chicken salad ranch wrap. It took them 30 mins to bring our food out which we did not understand because it was only about 10 ppl in there. We were the only ones eating. Once the food came out it was not fresh and the fries were cold. They took back the fries without the rest of our food, so now we’re eating in parts. The waitress was nice but the staff laughed when we complained about our food being old and cold. No compensation whatsoever, the establishment was extremely small. They say free pool table but it’s only two pool tables. So you can imagine trying to wait your turn !!!!!! No exaggeration the only thing that was good was the music because it was reggae night …..

Got here early round 4pm me and the wifey, ordered food and drinks. The cook wasn’t there but he came thru at a reasonable time. We drink our drinks even spilled one but by that time our food came. We enjoyed it! Come thru best vibe.

My friends and I went to this place on Monday Eve and it was empty so we really had a great time. We ordered a hookah which was 25$ and all drinks were like 5$ margaritas. The drinks were good and the hookah I would say was ok. The music played was good. We also ordered fries and morzialla sticks for food which were good too. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this place.
Hats off to our server who was too good he made really good drinks.

His and Hers is one of the best restaurant and bar lounges that I’ve been to. Food was great, hookah wasn’t bad, reasonable prices and great DJ vibes. Nice environment to hang with your friends.

The hookah happy hour is nothing more than a marketing ploy. Despite the menu clearly stating “50% off drinks and hookah between 7pm-9pm on Sunday-Thursday”, I was charged full price. I was there on a Sunday at 7:30pm. It seems His and Hers is more interested in luring in customers with false promises than delivering on their commitments.
To make matters worse, my attempts to rectify the situation by reaching out to the manager (named “Twin,”) were met with deafening silence. Multiple attempts to contact him went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and feeling deceived. It’s disheartening to see a manager so indifferent to customer concerns, especially when it comes to issues of overcharging.
The lack of accountability and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction at His and Hers have left a bitter taste in my mouth. It’s clear that the management is more focused on extracting money from customers than providing a positive and genuine experience. My advice to potential customers: beware of false advertising and unresponsive management at His and Hers – your wallet and peace of mind will thank you for it.

My Fiancé & I Were Desperate For Food Late On A Monday So We Looked Up Restaurants Open At 11pm & This Was The First One. We Saw They Had Lamb Chops So I Called To Confirm The Kitchen Was Still Open & They Said It Was Open Until 1am So We Went. We Got The Lamb Chops & Chicken Kebobs Both Served With Rice. The Meat Was Good But I’m Almost Positive The Rice Came Out Of A Box. We Talked To Our Server & He Said The Weekends There Are Nice So We Decided To Check It Out On A Friday But It Was Pretty Dead Honestly. Overall It’s A Pretty Nice Establishment & We Will Be Back To Experience Their Happy Hour.
