Affordable Monday-Friday lunch specials. Service was a little slow but server was very polite and eager to please. Miso soup was flavorless. Salad was all iceberg lettuce hearts and lacked flavor. You’ll need soy and Wasabi to add flavor to the mostly-rice sushi. Not impressed with my meal selection. The Bento box looked like a much better option!! Probably won’t come back just for that.

The only reason that this place has a 4.9 rating is because it is in Kansas. We have discovered after living in Kansas for a few years that people seem to have very low standards when it comes to cuisine. The sushi was ok, not great. One piece of sushi had a hair rolled all the way into the sushi. How does a sushi chef not notice a hair as he’s rolling it? The fried rice was average at best. The soda was completely flat. We had Sprite and Dr Pepper and both had no carbonation. I didn’t see a soda machine anywhere so I assume they poured it out of used two liter bottles or something like that. The waitresses forgot to bring out our soup and rarely checked on us so we finished our meals and then had to wait a long time for a waitress to come out so we could ask for our soup. The atmosphere is non existent. Basically they just have a TV playing random pop songs. The bathroom sink had scalding hot water and no way to lower the temp. Overall this just seems like a place where the owners don’t really care about putting in extra effort. So disappointed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with questions/suggestions. We got the sushi/sashimi for two and an order of crab rangoons. The food was absolutely delicious!! We’ll be coming back soon!

We ordered take out here and were so excited since we now have a sushi place in Park City! It’s one of our favorite cuisines, if not our top favorite!
We both ordered a lunch special, I paid for it and waited for it to be made. They were fairly busy and I waited probably 25 minutes for it to be given to me. As I waited, I noticed the diners seemed happy and enjoying their food. This made me all the more excited to try it! I felt like the wait was long but thought if the sushi was delicious, it was worth it.
Sadly, I was mistaken. The wait was very much NOT worth it. For what we received, it was highly overpriced. The rice was hot and gummy, the fish was not cold but room temperature, and one particular roll was inedible due to the egg-white texture of the fish.
Thankfully we did not get sick.
I was so disappointed. I’d like to try it again and update with another review but just can’t bring myself to do so thinking of how awful the first experience was.

This place was really good. Way better than I expected. They were friendly and our order took like 5 mins to make. The portions were enormous. I had hibachi chicken and fried rice. My wife had sushi and chicken fried rice. Each item was two large meals of food. Great flavor for real. Not just the same generic taste at so many restaurants within driving distance. If you’re reading this, go support this place. We need more restaurants like this in Park City.

Pretty good for around Park City. Compared to other sushi places, not the best. Have been there 3 times. Honestly don’t taste a difference in any of the fried roles and the Maki rolls seem to be missing that classic sushi flavor.

I’m usually skeptical when trying a new sushi place, but was happily spurised by Hiro’s! The 3 guys working were very warm and welcoming. I had the Rainbow Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and crab rangoons. All on par with the upscale restaurants, but with a small business feel. Will be going back!
