It’s hidden and tucked inside an office building, you’ll find the entrance on the side of the first floor. There is plenty of parking, which is always a plus. I love the ambience and aesthetic of the place. It is a small restaurant, so be prepared to wait or join their waitlist. It’s also kid-friendly, which made our visit even better. The staff is friendly, service is good and the restaurant is cashless with the service fee already included no need to tip. They offer beer, sake, and wine. The menu is simple, and everything we tried was amazing. I ordered the small chicken bowl for my little ones, and they loved it. For dessert, they offer two options: green tea mochi or cheesecake. We recommend the green tea mochi comes with two mochi. Pricing is reasonable, and overall this spot is definitely worth visiting!

HiroNori Craft Ramen House is, without a doubt, one of the best ramen spots around. Tucked away inside a corporate office, this hidden gem can be tricky to find, but the experience is absolutely worth the effort. While the location may be unassuming, the quality of the food speaks volumes.
Parking is limited, and seating inside the restaurant is sparse, so it’s important to plan ahead. Because of this, many visitors opt for takeout, which is an excellent way to enjoy their offerings without worrying about space. Despite these logistical challenges, the flavors here make it all worthwhile.
The ramen itself is carefully crafted, with rich, savory broths and perfectly cooked noodles that leave a lasting impression. Every bowl is thoughtfully prepared, showcasing attention to detail and dedication to quality ingredients.
Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or just looking for a satisfying meal, HiroNori delivers an experience that goes beyond ordinary fast-casual dining. For convenience and comfort, getting your order to-go is highly recommended. It allows you to enjoy their incredible ramen anywhere, making this small, hard-to-find spot a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates authentic, flavorful Japanese cuisine.

This place was very accommodating. They allowed us to dine in w/ our party of 5 at 9:40pm when they were closing at 10pm. They even allowed us to stay until about 10:20-10:30pm w/o making us feel rushed. We felt a little guilty for that and left to not keep them waiting. The food was amazing and the ambiance was great. A little difficult to find this place as it’s inside a business type looking building. The ramen was decorous and filling. Had to take it to go.
Vegan Ramen: 4.5/5

Finally got around to trying this place. We came around 7:30pm on a tuesday night and it was packed. We waited around 45 minute for party of 3, I can’t imagine how it is on the weekend. Ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious. This is one of few noodle restaurants be it vietnamese, thai or chinese that the broth is actually hot. You need to blow on it hot, exactly how I want my ramen so that it can cook the scallions, bean sprouts and whatever else you put in. Most noodles shop the broth is not hot enough for my liking but this place exceeded my expectations. The broth is rich and well seasoned. It’s definitely one of the better ramen I’ve had in awhile. Craft is in the name so you’re paying for it, almost 20 dollar a bowl. Definitely worth it to try it at least once.

HiroNori Craft Ramen was founded by Hiro Igarashi and Nori Akasaka, who set out to bring a no-shortcuts, truly crafted ramen experience to California (it started in Irvine). You can taste the care in the rich tonkotsu broth, springy noodles, and thoughtful toppings, and the service feels genuinely attentive. Consistent, comforting ramen—well worth a visit when you’re craving something authentic.

Created a separate google account for reviews and I made this hidden gem my first stop. Very hole in the wall joint. I visited late November with my 2 daughters and wife and loved all of the food they had to offer, high recommended tonk ramen, crispy chicken, and pork buns.

We are staying nearby on vacation, and my wife found HiroNori with a Google Search. We arrived at our Airbnb and had an appetite a d they were open til 10pm on a Sunday evening. We went, and it was packed, but we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for a table. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and was everything I had hoped it would be. We tried several dishes, and we wanted to try all of it. Definitely want to go back while in town.

Weirdest location. Very corner of an empty building you need to ring to be let inside the hallway looks very dirty and looks abandoned.
Ordinarily, HiroNori is extremely delicious and my personal favorite Ramen. This is possibly the worst one I’ve found. The meat was the only thing worth eating. Everything else is disappointingly flavorless.
No wonder it’s hidden.

It’s a very odd location. Drive to the left rear of the building. You then have to ring a bell while you wait outside. Once you are in, there aren’t too many tables, so you may have to wait. The ramen is good. You can get garlic and spicy sauce on the side for free with the ramen. The shoyu and the tonkotsu ramen were both good.
