If you’re considering dining at HiroNori, it’s advisable to avoid this particular location. They clearly struggle with staff management. We arrived at 7:42pm and were informed the wait would be approximately 35 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes without an update, we asked again and were told it would take an additional 30 minutes before we could be seated. Meanwhile, there were four empty tables that remained unserved for more than 20 minutes. The hostess explained that she was the only staff member working, handling online and phone orders, checking in customers, and serving. This indicates poor scheduling and understaffing, which reflects ineffective management. Given that it is the week of Thanksgiving, many people are off and eager to enjoy a good meal with loved ones, but inadequate staffing severely hampers the experience. Additionally, a service charge is automatically added to the bill regardless of the size of your party. While this fee is optional, proper staffing and quality service should ensure a seamless experience, especially when such charges are included automatically.

Good and service is still great, but the check in process and waiting area has some opportunities. Not everyone seems to know you have to check in online or at kiosk and no one is really available to help. That leaves a lot of people standing by the front door until someone comes by to ask if they have checking in via kiosk/online. The free tea in the waiting area is a nice feature, but it was empty. Might as well get rid of it, cause I would have been fine without it, but trying to fill a cup from an empty thermos in a crowded waiting area is kind of embarrassing and had no idea what to do with empty cup so I just put it back in the stack. Not sanitary, I know, but was I going to hold an empty cup for who knows how long? Clear signs would be helpful. That said, once seated, the food and service was as expected but was not the same experience from my last visit. May have to look into take out. At least there is no service charge to deal with and no awkward waiting.
Food wise, the fried chicken and spicy cold noodles were the stand out and tonkatsu ramen and pork buns being a close 2nd.

Great service, delicious food. The Tonkatsu ramen had broth that was rich and flavorful, tender chashu, perfectly boiled eggs and noodles. Also had the cucumber salad which was refreshing, the crispy rice w spicy tuna as well as the eel tempura buns were also yummy, and the pork buns are definitely recommended.

The best ramen in town, bursting with bold, rich flavors and perfectly blended spices, creates a symphony of taste in every bite. The broth is luxuriously creamy and deeply savory, perfectly balanced with tender noodles and melt-in-your-mouth toppings. Every spoonful is a masterful harmony of umami, spice, and texture, delivering an unforgettable culinary experience that will leave you craving more.

I gave this place a second try, but unfortunately it remains the same, terrible. The service is terrible, it takes forever to ask for the check or to order as they are all in the kitchen chatting in which we hear and see clearly through the curtains. Definitely not the place to go to when you’re on lunch break or rushing as it takes a while to order and come out.
I usually get the tonkotsu ramen in any ramen place, but this one was extremely extremely salty. They definitely changed the recipe or something as I overheard some other customers mentioning it as well. I cannot taste the slow cooked broth as I just taste salt. The pork was good though, not too dry.
I’m also glad that they added a side note on the receipt regarding the gratuity/service charge. 17% gratuity for being ignored most of the time & for dining as one person is a little crazy.. I had no idea about and requested to change the first time, and the waiter at that time gave me a visibly annoyed look which I left unsatisfied.

Mediocre food. All these good reviews are probably because there aren’t many good quality ramen places in this area.
Restaurant was nice and clean, modern feeling.
They charge mandatory 18% service charge, which is wild. I would’ve tipped 20%, not exactly a good experience for the customer to have their tip forcefully taken like this.

The ramen is very tasty. Love the black garlic oil. The staff is friendly and the service was good. One thing that seems shady, they add a 17% service fee to the check. This is an unacceptable practice. I paid the fee without argument instead of leaving a tip. The tip would have been more.

Went on a Tuesday evening for dinner with a friend. The place was empty but our waitress was super fun and made the time enjoyable.
The food was delicious and served quickly. The restaurant was spotless and had enough parking (in a strip mall). The inside is a lot cooler looking then the outside so do judge a book by its cover.
Pro tip: no matter what, they will not seat you unless the whole party is there.

I came during the lunch shift and boy was it hectic. There was only one server on the floor but the service was still amazing. The Tonkotsu was so rich and creamy it was to die for. It is a bit cold in the restaurant so make sure to bring a jacket.
Definitely coming here on my lunch break again! The staff was super friendly and the manger Emily was very polite.

The Tonkotsu ramen and Chicken (teriyaki) bowl were my favorite. The pork in the ramen is so good and very rich in flavor that I had to order a bowl. I’ll definitely be coming back. The chili oil and paste are not as spicy as I thought but it added a pleasant taste with a small kick. The vegan ramen was really good!
Heads up, you get charged a 16.575% service fee for dining in. Luckily you’re able to remove that fee if you wish. I am not sure why they would add that fee since the restaurant is always busy so I must assume the owner makes a good profit to help its staff/team (?) if not, then the owners really need to pay their staff a livable wage.
