She has always been so kind though her service this evening really topped the literal cake. From the moment I casually mentioned it was my birthday, she took extra care kindly saying happy birthday multiple times, treating me with Tea & mochi without even being requested.
I was so pleasantly surprised by her service and care, she was so intentional and I hope the owner sees that they have an amazing gal up front.
Thank you guys for your love, service and amazing food. I will always be a long standing fan of this place.
Food, environment & service has always felt so good to me.
I am very appreciative for how my birthday dinner turned out and am so glad I waited all day for them to be open again for dinner.
I hope this girl gets a raise because she deserves it.
Thank you, again & may many blessings come your way.
The menu had plenty of Korean options. The galbi appetizer was the highlight of the meal. The seared rib meat was deliciously caramelized, gingery, and hot, right off the grill.
Overall I am not excited to go back because, like I said, if you want to be a hole in the wall, the food needs to be a slam dunk. I’m appreciative to have this option locally, but it didn’t knock my socks off.
Had a lite lunch here with my wife and we were both very pleased.
Appetizer: For a starter so we tried their Agedashi tofu. Lightly fried in a rice flour sitting in a tasty sauce. There is a texture journey with the lightly crispy breading, soft tofu, and mochi texture from the sauced breading. It was quite delightful.
Entree: Tonkotsu with pork. It’s exactly what we want in a ramen. Excellent broth with black garlic oil. Well flavored, not too salty or heavy. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the pork belly was superb. The only minor issue I had was that the corn tasted obviously canned.
The service was very fast, attentive, and polite.
If you’re looking for Ramen, this is a great place.
Portion sizes will fill you, so consider sharing if you are visiting.
Children may like the chicken teriyaki if they are unaccustomed to Ramen.
