From the moment I walked in it was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food tastes incredible, and everything is very fresh! Overall, just an amazing spot and is incredibly affordable. I got a breakfast sandwich (Which came with two sandwiches lol), a piece of Cappuccino cake, and a chai tea all for $17! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Go check it out yourself!

Good Ethiopian Cafe in Havana Park. The cake is good and the spiced Ethiopian tea with cloves and cinnamon is very good. The coffee is also good. They have other food items that sound interesting.
Service was fast and friendly. The space is modern and comfortable with several tables for customers. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for guests. The password is posted on the counter above the cakes.

Spectacular food and great service! Came here after a long travel day and very much enjoyed both the food and the hospitality. The portions were generous and flavors were all phenomenal. Highly recommend the tiramisu for dessert.

Had a wonderful breakfast at HiRa Cafe! Started with 2 delicious caramel macchiatos made with Ethiopian coffee, then split two main courses before heading to the airport. We left feeling satisfied and nourished! The chef came to greet us with a big smile after we finished eating and I couldn’t say thank you enough for such a lovely experience! We LOVE this cafe!!!! The coffee is strong and brewed to a level you will not find at these bougie and overpriced coffee stores downtown. The Breakfast Combo is so divine we’ve had it three times already in two weeks. Sweet, savoury, and a little spice. You can tell it’s homemade. The owner is darling. We’re addicted! There’s a reason 5280 gave HiRa a shout-out.

This beautiful café has been here more than seven years, but we remodeled overtime and absolutely gorgeous environment. Got myself a yummy delicious Ethiopian macchiato hot. Enjoyed meeting the owner and having a delightful conversation. Definitely a space I would come back and enjoy more of the food and just the space itself.
