If I could rate this location any lower I would. Horrible service. Got bad fish, and it was a struggle to have them remake it. I always ordered on grubhub and got delivery, but after going into the location ..it was my last time eating here. It smelled like a dirty mop. The staff preparing food did not wash his hands once between handling the money and cooking. wiped his hands on his dirty pants… never Again

Order Chicken on their website with clam strips we picked up our order left to go home noticed we had the wrong items inside. We called them back right away and they said that they didn’t have the clam strips so they replaced it with something I did not want asking if they can refund our money. They said no very unprofessional will never go back there again bunch of scumbags.

First let me say I was greeted with smiles as soon as I walked through the door . I had preferred the wrong stuff and instead of them arguing with me they fixed it promptly even told me about the deals they had to save me money .. they let me try the special seasoning which was phenomenal.. BUT THE FOOD omg HOT & FRESH and soo good I’ll be coming back tomorrow to order again especially for the prices

If you like fried foods and lots of oil, this is your place. Everything on the menu is fried, except the cole slaw. This Hip Hop just opened, and they were monster busy, so I guess I understand why we got fried wings in our box instead of chicken legs as were ordered. Large portions of food and even larger portions of grease in the bottom of the box. I root for local businesses, and I hope this one sticks around, it’s just not the place for me.

While the food was ok nothing impressive the person at the front desk was absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever just based on the customer service provided by the cashier. He couldn’t be more bothered to take your order and acted as if you were hassling him by placing your order inside rather than calling it in for pickup.

The shrimp was overcooked the catfish was not American catfish, which means it wasn’t white and flakey, it was translucent and mushy, the potato salad was gross, who puts oregano in potato salad, however, the fries were on point.

I love seasoned food and have eaten here before, however this particular day the food seemed over seasoned. Lady came in with a visual impairment, I’m sure the staff did not actually realize what was going on because she walked in alone without assistive devices. She did ask me for help.

Please don’t waste your time or your money here, 2nd time my order wasn’t right, this time I had enough Not only was the order not right but they also charged me for things that I didn’t get when I called to let them know about it very argumentative with me to say the least but I also got hung up on.
