The food is not underseasoned, in my opinion I just ordered the fries with garlic parm. Very flavorful. Flavors explode in your mouth. I finished everything. It was delicious and fresh. Very fast for lunch. I would recommend.

I tried HipBurger for the first time today and I was incredibly impressed. Everything was hot and very fresh. My fiancé requested his fries extra crispy and they accommodated his request. It was a picture perfect cheeseburger and the best burger I’ve had this year. Well done, HB and we will definitely be back often.

My favorite burger spot in Anderson! The hip burger bowl is my go to menu item. The veggies are always fresh looking, and the food always looks great. Staff is always super helpful and friendly every time I have been there. I am glad we have a Hipburger in Anderson, it saves me the trip to Greenville!

Overall good food. Burgers taste like 5guys and they make it right in front of you. Fresh. However little bit too much salt in patties to my taste and only one thin slice of tomato and 1 small thin piece of lettuce. So a little dry. Could use 1 extra slice of tomato and couple extra pieces of letuce. But thats to my taste. Others might like it like that. So next time ill just ask for extra lettuce and tomato. Overall good price and tasty food

I’m typically not one to write reviews but this was beyond bad. For starters, we had ordered about 15 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. The 5-10 minute wait time was all for nothing however as when we arrived we still had to wait another 15 minutes before the order was ready. The entire staff looked like high schoolers. The girl behind the counter looked confused and untrained. Another girl from the back had walked around the counter to the drink machine and bumped my girlfriend and did not apologize. On top of all of this, the food was not good. It was cold when it was handed to me, the bacon cheeseburger didn’t have bacon on it, the double cheeseburger was pink and undercooked, the order of fries tasted like bagged freezer fries from the grocery store and the portion sucked. The packaging for to go orders leaves food exposed to get even colder. The GRILLED chicken salad was greasy. How do you make a grilled chicken greasy?! And the shredded cheese tasted like chewing on plastic. And there seemed to be a flood in the kitchen near the prep area. It’s not worth it AT ALL. I would rather have a burger from a stop-a-minit gas station than ever eat here again.

Best Burger in town! The quality of the bacon is phenomenal, the burger isn’t a smash burger, good produce, and a perfect bun! The staff are kind, it’s clean, they would have been so much busier if they built it elsewhere, but OMG 10/10

Tried the Hipbowl today. It was amazing. Love the atmosphere, great staff with very friendly service. They may have burger in their name, but the chicken is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Chicken and fries were good. Hot and crispy. Fries need a little seasoning. Burger was a decent standard burger but was not hot when received. Shake was soupy and terrible. When I entered the person at the front was flustered but that is understandable as this is opening week. Definitely needed someone to help them though. Tried to put in my number for their rewards program but the cashier closed out the screen as I was doing it. Wait was roughly 15 minutes when there was 2 ahead of me and 5 or so through the drive through so not terrible but not fast either. I got the shake first and when I saw it was soup I waited for a turn at the counter then asked if they could please remake a shake thicker. A worker told me they are all like that the machine isn’t working properly. No apology or attempt to switch it out or a free shake next time to make up for the known error. Fine to take a customers money with no warning about a supposed known broken machine. Employees seem either to not care or have contempt for the customers.
