I have ordered from here many times and service has always been consistent. Even late into the evening some food delivery apps still service them. I always get their fries, hush puppies, banana pudding, catfish nuggets and their wings of course. Great place to order large portions of sides and wings. They really stuff each box with plenty of food. Seasoning and the frying here is always on point. The perfect temperature and salt in every bite. So happy this chain came to this side of town. Parking here can be tight and the wait times here are pretty short.

I rated low due to the food not having any seasoning. It was absolutely no taste! I was so disappointed! Also, the meals come with bread. None of our orders had bread. I asked the young lady that was bagging the food snd she stated the bread is at the bottom. It wasn’t!

High school kids crowd this spot. 30 kids deep inside the store. Don’t try to call in ya order during school lunch or hours when they get out they will not answer. Good still bussing. Just gotta get thru the kids that these parents swear are great kids

I’m pissed I ordered Jumbo shrimp on u we eats and paid $14 more for extra and these people didn’t even call me to say they were out or even ask me anything they sent me a big box of stale nuggets and and dry cold fries, it was so hard I had to trash the entire thing! I’m pissed as heck right now! If I wanted NUGGETS I would have added NUGGETS TO MY ORDER!!!!!!! I will be going there tomorrow for what I paid for!!!!!!!!!

Hip Hop…great fries! Had the whiting. Very thin filets are a little tough. But let’s be honest, the store isn’t as clean as it could be. Fishy smell when you hit the door. But not a fresh fish. ♂️

The chicken is good, the French fries are not good at all either their cooked to long or something they taste steel almost every time they come. They give you big chickens and barley sauce, the containers are so damn small and granted you only get about 2. They just need to up their service, also I’m a faithful customer and it just depends on who you get that’s on the shift that day I’ve requested more sauce numerous times and I’ve had generous people who gave more sauce and then you’ll have petty employees who I’m sure sees the additional notes and still will only give two sauces, then they’ll give you hot sauce instead of 1 honey mustard and 1 Mumbo sauce. First of all not every one likes or can eat hot shit. Chicken is cool, but they can improve on a lot if they care about their customer service quality,
