Late night hunger pains. Found them open and decided to give them a try. Glad I did. Prices were very reasonable. I chose the 2 chicken beast dinner. It has 2 large pieces of chicken, fries and a slice of bread. I don’t know what they put on the chicken but it was delicious! Even the fries were good. Definitely stopping here again!

One of the Best things in DC bought to you by Baltimore. Don’t ever leave without stopping by in any HIP hop chicken spot. Simple but sooo tasty, this is fast food, inexpensive and way better choice than some deadly micky D. hop in for some hip hop ✌️ . It’s a take out spot for the most part. How great the atmosphere can be? If too good would be crowded and yall will never leave, hands down for keeping it down in a middle so we all can get in to grab sum to eat.

I specifically asked for two cold slaws, well done fish and no fries . I asked twice to make sure my fish well done, its soggy and two tons of soggy fries. Wings look old like they have been cooked a few times. After I waited 15 minutes plus there is no cold slaw at all in my box. I arrived home and tried to called a few times no one answered.

Look, as far as HHFC goes, this place is good. IYKYK. There’s a lot of activity in and outside of this place but, the food is good. Mind you, the only things I eat from HHFC, are fish, chicken, shrimp and fries. I haven’t tried anything else. Take it for what it’s worth. Also, this is a takeout place. The only seating is a makeshift bar shelving top w/ 1 or 2 stools. There’s not a lot of standing or sitting room.

I ordered a whiting fish dinner which includes fish, fries and coleslaw slaw. When I get home, no cole slaw. When I called to inform them I was told the next time look in the bag before you leave, there’s nothing I can do about it. He was very rude no apologies made. When I arrived on the store there were four of them ranting at each other. I will not be going back to this particular store. You won’t last long with your attitudes and lack of customer service.

This is a take out place. There is a small counter with 2 stools that I guess you could eat at. We ordered chicken tenders with fries which were great. We also ordered whiting fish with fries. This was breaded and fried and there were tons of bones in the fish, like a lot. We would not eat here again.

Everytime I go to this location the prices are consistently lower then Popeyes (even after using the Popeyes app), the food is always freshly made and the sides are unique, especially compared to other fast food establishments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes fried foods. My go to picks are the fried green beans or Mac and cheese bites for sides and the combo with catfish fillet and jumbo shrimp.
