The ramen was absolutely delicious, with a rich, creamy broth and perfectly tender chashu pork. First time here and really impressed! The tonkotsu ramen had a rich, flavorful broth and generous portions. Crazy Squid is a must-try—crispy outside and tender inside. We ordered fried chicken wings with sauce on the side for the kids, which was perfect. The new mango cheesecake was delicious and affordable. Highly recommend!

New Izakaya in town. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. We ordered Hinode Deluxe Ramen, deep fried squid, takoyaki, baked mussels.
The food was good with nice presentation. However, there’s still more room for improvement. The deep fried squid, baked mussels were slightly salty. My recommendation is to reduce the saltiness to balance the flavor.
Will definitely return for more.

I ordered a dipping cold soba with the tempuras and it was really good! The portion is great for the price. I would come back to try their ramens. Highly recommended!
