I was excited about this place it had a lot of hype. We arrived to hear some local music one guitar player. We ordered the chicken chicken sliders and the loaded fries from the bar. Found it very odd that all they had was plastic ware and plastic plates for serving however the food did come on a baking. The sliders were good they were missing the pickles. The fries were good also, very small for 17$ I had no idea potatoes were this expensive! Wowzzie. I guess I’ll go back some time? Only thing I could guess is the prices are high to keep the rift raft out. How ever they were there, ha

Hinge is a cozy little spot to be sure. Nice bar and comfy couches, chairs, and tables in the back. There is often great music and I personally love to get out on the floor and dance. The food is good – try the parmesan fries and the chicken sliders. My issue with the place is the service. It’s probably not so much the fault of the bartenders – it seems like it’s a management issue of perennial understaffing and lack of training. I have waited up to 10 minutes at the bar just to order a drink on more that one occasion because there was only one bartender on a busy evening. Even when there are two bartenders, it seems that the volume of customers precludes even an acknowledgment or greeting, which I find very off-putting. It also means that table service is often super slow. I will continue to enjoy myself here but I think folks should be advised of what to expect.

Overall a good stop for those Looking for craft cocktails and a cool environment. The only food I’ve had here are the Nashville chicken slider’s which were outstanding. Great selection of bourbon and craft cocktail specials. bartenders do a great job mixing specialty drinks – Old fashions are excellent.
The only issue I have with Hinge is service can be uneven & slow at times especially when it’s fairly crowded with only one bartender. There appear to be an equal number of folks trying to place an order for a craft cocktail and locals planted Shoulder to shoulder at the bar drinking domestic bottle beer distracting the bartenders with friendly chatter.

Note: this is a one time review. We rave about Hinge, the drinks and bartenders are GREAT. However, we also rave about and recommend the lobster sliders, well, no more.
Last Saturday 8.27. We waited a long time, and we received top and bottom slider buns and a butter knife spread of lobster. Eating bread with nothing between is the image.

great entertainment with Zac holiday and incredible topshelf liquor selection! it’s a cocktail lounge not a bar so be prepared to pay bit more for drinks, but, well worth it! if you want cheap go to a bar! you get what you pay for!
