Placed an order through Uber Eats, indicated that I wanted plastic wear and condiments (soy sauce, duck sauce). My food arrived with no condiments or utensils as requested. Very disappointing to have to eat my food dry and without sauce. Will not be ordering from here anymore, this was my first time. See pic of my dry eggroll that wished it had duck sauce.

I have been coming here for the last 15 years. Its always been my go to spot. Within the past year things changed drastically. Its almost like they changed thier food supplier.
The rice is different and no longer awesome like it used to be.
The eggrolls are smaller and no longer taste good at all.
The sauces are different and dont taste good.
The food doesn’t have the flavor it used to.
The prices have went way up but the food has went way down. I wouldn’t mind paying more for the same or better quality but not for worse quality.
The vegetables in the food are hardly cooked now and hard as they wouke be fresh out of the field instead of being softened and steamed like they should be
This wasnt a one off.. I’ve ordered 3 or 4 times now and it hasnt been very good. Will be finding a new spot.

We picked up lunch for the crew. We were very happily surprised to see an extra box of Donuts! The donuts are soooo delicious! The egg rolls were great and I personally love their Spring Rolls. This spot will be visited again!

We got food from here and it was horrible, we threw it away. I have never seen breaded chicken teriyaki, it was nasty with no sauce with it. Then I ordered chicken with broccoli, broccoli cooked well done, it was hard as a rock. There egg drop soup had no taste at all and there egg rolls were like mush. Needless to say we will not be going back to this place. I will choose wisely next time. That was $45 dollars just thrown away.

I use to really like this place, it was my favorite go to place to get Chinese food because the food use to taste so good! Well today I ordered lunch for my kids and I.. I ordered myself the shrimp and broccoli with white rice and I ordered my children the sweet and sour chicken with white rice and I order the 12 piece fried scallops. When the food arrived, I checked my kids food and it was good, however when I opened mine and took a bite of the shrimp, I had to spit it out in the trash because it was so freaking MUSHY, like to the point when I picked up the shrimp it fell apart & I could rub it around in my fingers and it made a paste, the broccoli tasted very weird and some of the rice was hard and it didn’t have the normal dark sauce in it, it was a real light brown color and it was really slimy, the supposed to be scallops are not scallops at all it is the imitation crab meat!! The overall taste was absolutely HORRIBLE and I couldn’t eat it! It honestly tasted like it had been cooked before and then just reheated. I called them and was told the manager would call me right away to fix the problem, but here it is a half hour later and I have still yet to hear from them, I’ve tried calling and nobody’s answering the phones.. So needless to say, they have lost me & my family as customers and we will NOT be eating here anymore!!

I get the same thing every time I order, but I really like the General Tso’s chicken and pork fried rice combo. It’s a good price for enough food to feed me for two nights. The people who work there are so nice too, they’re always very kind whenever I come in for a pick up

Man this place USED to have the best Chinese food in harford county I dunno what they did to their menu but it’s absolutely horrible now! I was so disappointed the shrimp is disgusting and tough as nails! PLEASE go back to the food you used to have before you destroyed your reputation as the best!!
